What's not to like about Hypernym!? Ideally located, extremely clean, calm, and roomy. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating. We booked a deluxe suite for 4 nights went away for the weekend and booked another deluxe suite for 2 night. The first leg, we were given "The Eye" which is located on the second floor. We got "The Bird", located on the fourth floor during our second stay. Both rooms are absolutely identical with the exception of the bathroom, which is very slighty bigger in The Bird. The rooms are huge and UBER well equipped. Having a bathtub in the room is an added bonus and it comes super handy after days of walking and sightseeing! The bed is very comfortable and the electric blinds, super convenient. The train ride from the airport to Copenhagen Central Station is about 15 minutes and he hotel is only a short walk away from the station. It's in the middle of all the action. All in all, an EXTREMELY pleasant stay and we'll be sure to come back to Hypernym next time we're in town.

Kitchen the best, bed are comfortable, location so close to the center, love the gym in the building

My room is right above the restaurant, it has stinky sewage smell. However it doesn't affect I want to go back next time, just please not that room again

Comfortable, spacious apartment, with sliding door separating the bedroom from living. Our apartment was also nice and dark when the shutters and curtains were closed. Separate airconditioning for bedroom and livingroom/open kitchen. Relatively quiet from street noise.

Noise levels of the machine outside at the back of the apartment which provides the airconditioning for the hotel (Ascot) and apartment. This is a rather intrusive noise even though windows have been double insulated. So make sure to have some earplugs.

Did not eat breakfast at hotel. We had an apartment at the hotel with a kitchen, bathroom, separate bedroom and living room. Very roomy and comfortable. So we went to a bakery and bought pastries to eat in the kitchen. Had a washer and dryer in the apartment so we did a number of washes. But a wash/dry took almost 5 hours.

We needed help from maintenance people to figure out how to operate the washer/dryer. Also weird that even though the apartment was air conditioned we could not change the temperture setting and the hotel staff informed us it was regulated by the government. Room was too cold. I wanted to save them money. Only way to make the room warmer was to turn off the fan setting.

Spotlessly clean. Warm and comfortable. Equipped well enough to make reasonable meals. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Good check in and out times and useful luggage storage. Comfortable bed. Quiet despite being just off the main busy boulevard with Tivoli gardens close by. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

Minor point but a dishcloth would have helped us keep the area clean when cooking. The hotel claims to be green and asked guests to put towels on the floor when needing to be changed. We didn't need a change so left ours hanging up but towels were still changed which seems wasteful of resources.

Fantastic apartment, in a great location. The room was chic with lots of space, a fantastic bathroom, and a great view. This apartment is a great alternative to Airbnb. Coming in after a long day out to a tidy apartment was fantastic.

Initially, we were put in the wrong room, and we had to head down to reception to get it sorted. It took a while to sort, and we were not explained why, given that the room we booked was vacant. Mini bar/teas and coffees also weren't restocked, which was a bit of a shame.

Our studio was very comfortable and had what we needed for a 5 night (extended from 3) stay. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom though small had a touch of luxury. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is stylish and very central with easy walking access to centre of city, restaurants, cafes, shopping, sights, tours, transport. Highly recommend staying here

The only issue was the front loader washing machine had mould inside (around the door seal), and our first load of clothes was contaminated for multiple washes later. Suggest cleaning regularly and keeping door ajar.

the location was great - the staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable.

The shower and sink were clogged up upon our arrival. However, the front desk staff helped cleaned the shower enough for us the shower that night without the shower spilling water all over the rest of the bathroom. The sink was clogged too so we had to brush teeth in the kitchen. Maintenance did come the following day and correct everything.

The location!!! Absolutely smack dab in the center. What more do you want? The facilities. The bed. The separate entrance. The wifi. It actually felt like a second home. It is honestly the best hotel I have stayed at in all of my travels to Copenhagen. I am very likely to stay here again when I visit CPH again next year. Great value for money.

Reception. Was a little cold for my taste. Even though I know Scandinavians aren't the warmest people, this is a point of improvement. I also was not informed about the separate entrance. Luckily I found it out. They don't provide shower gel. And asking the hotel staff didn't anywhere, despite advertising with free toiletries. So, make sure you bring your own.

A great sized, comfortable apartment with a modern bathroom including a separate walk in shower and bathtub, plenty of storage, a washer/dryer and fantastic block out blinds and curtains. The bathrobes were best on tour and the decor in the room and the lobby etc was lovely.

The breakfast room was large and pleasant but very busy some days, it caters to 4 properties in the group/building.
