Great location for everything you want to do. Great facilities. The view from our room was superb.

Breakfast needs a lot of improving. I understand it is a small area, you cannot provide a lot and it can get very crowded. BUT Things were running out very quickly and it was taking too long to refill them. For example we had to wait for 20min for the next batch of scrambled eggs. And when they finally came it was so little to serve everyone that if you were far behind the line everyone was taken and you had to way another 20min!! This is just unacceptable if you also consider then majority of patrons were families with children.

Location and stunning views of the alps. Spacious room and balcony attached to both rooms. Staff was very helpful. Considering the lack of fridge in the room, staff made sure they kept my father’s insulin syringe in their refrigerator.

Considerably old and jaded furniture. Overall room size is big, but doesn’t have basics of refrigerator and microwave. Tea kettle had to be asked. Breakfast spread was limited. Not a good value for money. Couple of days during our June stay were cold but the room heater was not working.

I liked everything. And I met the director of hotel - Grazia, she was so kind for us. She presented small braslet for my sad dauther and we both were happy!! This smal woman has a big experience to manage the people. I wish her to have a nice team and big hug for her. The staff in reception was nice and solved all our problems. Danke for them. But the staff in restoraunt aisrude a little bit and so slow( I travelled a lot, but the service of thie resturant staff is poor. Great breakfast (except coffee, if you like expresso); and dinner. Easygoing and friendly staff in the restaurant. Really nice apartment! We were amazed how big and comfortable it was. I somehow didn’t realize how spacious it’ll be. Very comfortable ski room downstairs with direct exit to ski bus.

The only thing what we didn’t find exceptional in this hotel was Spa&pool, the rest was amazing! The pool feels crowded with only few persons in it (because it’s really small). It’s kind of more for kids, but in the same time from my point of view dangerous for them. It’s pretty deep (?1.65m maybe) and has only one (!) stair entrance. It’s constructed with high edge so that even an adult strong person would struggle getting out of the pool without using a stair. The Sauna part is ok, nice rest rooms, only not enough space and showers for a comfortable use. As it is “naked” area, there could be more than 2 little showers practically together.

Loved the selection they had at breakfast and that there were enough high chairs available for the small ones. Location is excellent and there is an amazing kids playground just opposite the hotel . You are in short walking distance from restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Lovely lobby, great pool, friendly staff and overall excellent.

the room carpet could've been better vacuumed and would be nice if the water in the pool was a bit warmer so small kids could enjoy it longer.

Staff and spa were excellent. Breakfast was good! Helpful staff went “beyond” expectations.

Noisy location due to adjacent Park/playground. The playground was loud even at 11 PM at night with children still playing loudly. Because it was hot we left our window and deck door open, but this resulted in adjacent smoke from smokers on the next unit wafting in. Also, any conversation on the decks is extremely loud and basically in the same room as you, so smoke and noise from neighbors is a problem. Music from bar across way is loud until 11.

The hotel is located in easy access to ski lifts in a very convenient and beautiful location. Clean rooms with daily cleaning services. Good quality breakfast for children and adults. Lovely spa area and good ski storage room. Staff very welcoming and kind.

Rooms are clean but outdated, terrible pillows and lack of light in the rooms. No children allowed in sauna. Some rooms have coffee machines and tea kettles but ours didn’t, not sure why. Plenty of socket outlets but our standard European adaptors and OralB original European plug would not fit- sockets too small.

Our room was clean and spacious. It even had a balcony with a great view. The spa area is small but well maintained and has everything you need. The breakfast also has good choices overall. We were also able to store our luggage after checkout.

The building is overall a bit older but it did not lower the experience

Good sized room and comfortable beds - although an extra pillow would be welcome! The bathroom was clean and everythign worked well. Breakfast was a nice buffet, with plenty of choice.

Spa was not really a spa - more like a kids pool. The area was noisy and over-run with families taking their kids to the pool - all fine and acceptable, but don`t position it as a spa when it is clearly more of a family fun pool.

The breakfast buffet and staff were really quite amazing. The food was fresh, and there were a wide variety of offerings. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I could never get the Internet to work on my phone. It would have been better if I had been given a passkey via paper. It keep looping between the login screen, and they text app with the confirmation key.
