Location was perfect, close to train station and a short walk to Titlis cable car

There was no kettle in the room. I love to drink tea so it was a major miss for me. Although the staff was helpful. They gave us cup of hot water but it got cold when we actually made tea.

Great location, very nice family room, very cozy and warm. Decent breakfast.

Didn't like the mattresses, both nights we ended up with hurting backs 😅 which doesn't normally happen. Also we had to lift the stroller up to get inside, the ramp is there but too narrow to actually use.

We knew it already and came a second time, it is nice and Central and very comfortable…

There could be more variety to the breakfast and also something like a kids playroom

Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was nice, a good selection. Storage for skis downstairs available. Walking distance to all restaurants & station. Heated floor in bathroom was handy to get ski clothes dry overnight! Free bus service to ski lift area.

The view from the room was breathtaking. They did deliver my expectation of a room with a beautiful view. The breakfast was very nice, they even had masala chai and upma for us. I loved the hospitality, will surely visit them again.

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like. Everything was as good as expected.

Room was quite large which we liked. Location was super, 2 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes walk to the bus station which will directly take you to the ski lifts. Also quite close to the supermarket and restaurants. Indian restaurant was also nice, and not crazy expensive as most of the Swiss restaurants. Staff was friendly. balcony and the view was nice as well.

The matrass for the cot was super thin and very uncomfortable, so we had to take baby out of it. Our bad was also quite narrow, and not super comfortable. It was HOT, crazy HOT in the room. we tried to regulate the temperature, but did not really worked. so we ended up opening the door once in a while, but it was difficult while we were sleeping. they did not have neither electric kettle, nor coffee machine, no cups. It was very surprising for us, even in the very low budget hotels provide this basic amenities.

Location only 5 minute walk from train station and centre of Engelberg town. The staff were very helpful & also let me check in early at 12pm which I appreciate very much, i will definately stay at Hotel Central again next time im here. Spacious comfortable room with seating on balcony.. Fridge is nice.

The pillow can be better but not big deal. No kettle for hot water (tea) in the room.

Very central location and clean. The management were very helpful when we asked for adaptation of the room to suit a bigger family group.

Everything was great, would have loved the Indian restaurant to be opened in November. But it was their off season.
