Everything! We loved our room, which felt brand new. A great deal of thought had gone into its design and the bathroom was stylish with a great shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable with high quality linen. The views were stunning. We were warmly received on arrival and everyone was welcoming and pleasant throughout our 4 night stay. The food in the restaurant was of a high standard.

Amazing! Arrived as they were closing and they were nice to accommodate me and even closed the kitchen a bit late so I can have dinner :*-). Shoutout out to the nice waiter and amazing chef who put together an amazing and best spinach tortellini and chicken pea soup in my life! Very professional and friendly, and super clean and upgraded facility. Located walking distance to Mount Titlis cable car. Parking available in front. Beds were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

Dorm rooms are very cramped beds are too close together and side by side. Maybe good for students but grown up people does not fit. There is no lobby or longe area to relax eat your own food. Reception people are so so.. Dorm rooms should be cheaper to make it worth or there should be less beds

The staff at the reception was great and very helpful as I travelled with my aged mother. I loved the location of the hotel and the amenities (Jacuzzi within the room). Great views from the balcony

The service of the restaurant was a bit laid back in the afternoon and there was a bit of miscommunication amongst the staff. We had to wait for long for our drinks to arrive. Apart from this incident, they are generally good.

Concierge was all smiles, spoke several different languages. Parking was free, the room had a great view with a balcony, and there was a working TV.

Not much to dislike! Maybe the underwhelming breakfast, as there were tons of flies and a limited selection.

Super friendly staff, great location for accessing Titlis, facilities in super good condition.

Dorms do feel a bit too crammed, and breakfast could be more varied.

Great 6 bed dorms each with toilet and shower Landlady gave me some very helpful advice on how to get over the Jochpasse in the snow

Great location, amazing staff, comfy beds (although too close to each other), reasonable breakfast, very clean room and good shower. Would come back at any time.

Individual bed lights would be great. Acoustic insulation is quite bad, it can be really loud at nights and mornings.

Everyone was super friendly, room was spacious and clean. Location was excellent - Walking distance to many things

No A/C in room but we know that is to be expected in Europe and it was quite comfortable and safe to leave the balcony door ajar for fresh air
