We had a wonderful stay as a family at this hotel! The staff was truly incredible — anything we asked for was quickly taken care of and ready in the room. What made the experience even more special was how well they treated our dog. He received such thoughtful attention, with his own big comfortable bed, two bowls (one for food and one for water), and even some treats. It felt like he was just as much a guest as we were! The room itself was very spacious and perfect for our family, with a lovely balcony to enjoy. It was calm and quiet, making it easy for everyone to relax. Between the amazing staff, the pet-friendly touches, and the comfort of the room, this was one of our best hotel stays. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

We loved that this was just a stone’s throw away from the train station (and a supermarket) and that it came with free breakfast. One of the staff (we think the manager) was also very kind and proactive in checking with the kitchen when she overheard our little one’s disappointment when the chocolate croissants were nowhere to be found. Then she came to our table to personally bring them once they were ready. That was really gold standard hospitality and much appreciated! Our little one loved that this is right next to a big playground. The hotel also has a small pool, which we appreciated on a rainy day.

1. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable to sleep in. 2. When we sat in the balcony or opened the window, you could smell cigarette smoke, probably from neighbours (not sure if it can be avoided) 3. The 20CHF/day parking rate’s quite expensive, so just park in the ‘Parkplatz Zentrum’ for about half the price.

Property is good for a family stay. Staff service and cleanliness is up to the mark. It is located very close to Engelberg train station. From here you can visit a number of tourist places.

There is no air conditioning or fan in the room. With changing weather in Europe, it is very essential during summer. There is no variation in breakfast. We had the same menu for 4 days. The room refrigerator was not working but they arranged a portable unit for us which was good.

My stay at the H+ Hotel was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I stepped into the spacious room, I felt a sense of comfort and relaxation. It was easily among the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Fresh ingredients, variety, and quality all came together in a way that made mornings something to look forward to. 🏊‍♀️ Leisure Time: The swimming pool offered a pleasant escape, whether for a refreshing dip or some laid-back lounging. It added just the right touch of leisure to the overall stay. Overall, the H+ Hotel blends comfort, scenic beauty, and thoughtful amenities into a stay that’s both rejuvenating and memorable. I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a view.

The lack of a small table fan can make things feel a tad warm at times—something that could be easily improved for added comfort.

Great location for everything you want to do. Great facilities. The view from our room was superb.

Breakfast needs a lot of improving. I understand it is a small area, you cannot provide a lot and it can get very crowded. BUT Things were running out very quickly and it was taking too long to refill them. For example we had to wait for 20min for the next batch of scrambled eggs. And when they finally came it was so little to serve everyone that if you were far behind the line everyone was taken and you had to way another 20min!! This is just unacceptable if you also consider then majority of patrons were families with children.

Location and stunning views of the alps. Spacious room and balcony attached to both rooms. Staff was very helpful. Considering the lack of fridge in the room, staff made sure they kept my father’s insulin syringe in their refrigerator.

Considerably old and jaded furniture. Overall room size is big, but doesn’t have basics of refrigerator and microwave. Tea kettle had to be asked. Breakfast spread was limited. Not a good value for money. Couple of days during our June stay were cold but the room heater was not working.

Alarm went off on our floor twice largely due to some foreign guest opening the external doors in the floor. It could make sense to add warnings in other languages like Chinese to minimise this issue.

I liked everything. And I met the director of hotel - Grazia, she was so kind for us. She presented small braslet for my sad dauther and we both were happy!! This smal woman has a big experience to manage the people. I wish her to have a nice team and big hug for her. The staff in reception was nice and solved all our problems. Danke for them. But the staff in restoraunt aisrude a little bit and so slow( I travelled a lot, but the service of thie resturant staff is poor. Great breakfast (except coffee, if you like expresso); and dinner. Easygoing and friendly staff in the restaurant. Really nice apartment! We were amazed how big and comfortable it was. I somehow didn’t realize how spacious it’ll be. Very comfortable ski room downstairs with direct exit to ski bus.

The only thing what we didn’t find exceptional in this hotel was Spa&pool, the rest was amazing! The pool feels crowded with only few persons in it (because it’s really small). It’s kind of more for kids, but in the same time from my point of view dangerous for them. It’s pretty deep (?1.65m maybe) and has only one (!) stair entrance. It’s constructed with high edge so that even an adult strong person would struggle getting out of the pool without using a stair. The Sauna part is ok, nice rest rooms, only not enough space and showers for a comfortable use. As it is “naked” area, there could be more than 2 little showers practically together.

Absolutely perfect location to visit Mt Titlis. 5 minutes walk to train station and 12/15 minutes to Titlis base station. Customer service was excellent and we were delighted with room. We believe it's one of the best locations for Titlis and view from hotel was astonishing. Clock room to store luggage was definitely plus point.

We were on floor 7 and can't complaint about that. But breakfast can be improved for vegetarian options.
