My room was facing Hahnen, the views into the valley when the weather was fickle, and on the mountain when it wasn't, were both great. Staff was friendly and helpful, and room was spacious and bright and clean. Was nice to have a balcony, too. Great breakfast - simple, but all nice and fresh and tasty. Only 10 minutes walk from the town center, and perhaps 13 from train station (but there's also a bus option).

The traffic at the street in front of the hotel is a bit noisy during the day, with all the agricultural vehicles - but that's inevitable. Wasn't too bad. At night it's quiet.

Super kind and friendly staff, we really felt that they want to make our stay great, really children-friendly place. We ate at the restaurant, food is tasty, they have lunch menu on work days. Klostermatte ski lifts are in comfortable walking distance, cross country ski track is literally a few meters from the hotel. Hotel has a ski room.

Breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and gracious. The location was convenient to hiking and the town's amenities. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view up the valley from the balcony.

Really friendly staff, very happy to help and assist with transport etc. We arrived late and they squeezed us in for dinner so we could eat and the food was amazing! Bedroom was spacious and clean and the bed was really comfortable.

Very stuffy in the room even with the window open. There is also a recycling plant behind the hotel so with the window open it was very hard to sleep in as they started sorting bottles quite early in the morning even on the weekend.

Very clean, staff very friendly, would recommend. Restaurant very good as well. High quality food.

The shower head was hanging low for a taller guy and I would prefer a shower cabin instead of a bathtub

Good value option, bus that takes you to the main lift is only a few feet away. Parking is extremely convenient. Nice view from the room and balcony.

Good location on the edge of the village centre, in easy walking distance, across free (seasonal) shuttle bus stop, especially if you have a car because it has own parking. Large room with beautiful view and balcony. Good stuff for breakfast.

Breakfast was OK, not brilliant but this is common in Switzerland. Hotel is comfortable and staff are nice

Its a little far from the ski lift but there are free bus services. View from the room was not very good, overlooking the fire station
