I had a fantastic experience at this guest house! The location is amazing, just a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio, which made exploring Florence so easy and enjoyable. The host, Dario, was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to offer tips or assistance. Check-in was super smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt very new and well-maintained—a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Florence. Highly recommended!

Hotel location is exceptional and owner is amazingly helpful and awesome. Hotel is just 3 mins walk to the famous Ponte Vecchio. Cross the bridge to access to an entire shopping belt and the Uffizi and other museums. Duomo is few mins walk from the Uffizi. Restaurants and trattorias are very near to the hotel. Let alone many yummy Gelato esp the one just next to the hotel . Very clear instructions were given by owner at all times and he is super quick with WhatsApp replies. He even helped book a taxi to the train station for us and helped with the luggage and waited for the taxi with us on day of our departure. Room is of good size for 2 of us . Shower is good. Towels are soft. Beds and pillows are soft and comfortable . We had great rest.

Fast and easy communication. Very friendly what's app contact. Very clean room with everything you will need for a short stay. The location itself is top as it is very central.

Be aware that parking is NOT included - see fine print, but has to be payed additionally. There is a discount for a garage, which was sold out for our stay because we falsely believed parking was included and did not make extra arrangements weeks in advance. This seems to be booking.com fault for adding parking to the facilities of this guest house.

This is the place to book in Florence. Location couldn’t be better. Within a stone’s throw: Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, laundromat, post office, with beautiful shop fronts all around and fabulous eateries (and only two blocks from La Via del Tè). I had the single room (hearts, in the pack of cards) with comfy double bed, great pillows, useful desk, wardrobe, frig, terrific clean bathroom with walk-in shower, proper blackout curtain, a window you can open (❤️) and blissfully good lighting. Absolutely perfect for me. I peeked in the other rooms and they were bright and airy and spacious. The complex of 4 rooms is attractive and quiet. 8 steps at ground level take you to a lift. Dario was terrific - solicitous of my every need, called my taxi for me etc. I loved his attention to detail and functionality. Grazie Dario. Perfetto.

The room was really nice ! Clean and spacious, we had a really good time staying at Guicciardini24. The hotel is located in a really great area with lots of possibilities to grab a coffee, enjoy a drink or eat ! The host is really nice and will deliver all the instructions needed to find the hotel and how to access your room. He will also answer if you have any questions concerning your stay, which was really appreciated. It was so easy to find the hotel even if our flight was late and we arrived quite late in the night. Close to city center so easy to visit Florence by walk. Would definitely recommend and stay there again ☀️

The location was perfect. It was a short walk from the train station to reach the room and it was located near the Ponte Vecchio. Just outside the apartment is the historical section of the city with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. It was a short walk to reach many of the tourist attractions. Our host Dario was very nice and extremely accommodating, checking to make sure the room was good, clean, and we were stocked up on supplies. The room was very clean and secure, making it perfect for a few nights stay while exploring Florence.

Italy doesn't use air conditioning except in the summer months (July, August) so we had to sleep with the windows open. Being close to the river meant there were a lot of mosquitos and bugs that would fly into the room. It would also get loud at night being so close to the busy tourist areas. I found the beds to be slightly uncomfortable but my wife said she didn't mind them, so it's all personal preference.

What did we like about the property?! The answer is everything. We stayed at Guicciardini for 3 nights in march 2024. We searched for a place that can complete our checklist for an accomodation and Guicciardini has it all:location area (near Ponte Vecchio and the tourist center and just accros the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens), really good price for 3 nights, all the necesaary services, private bathroom, luggage storage, and so on.. The building it’s very nice, our room was very clean, spatious, cozy and comfortable. And the murals on the wall….wow for desing😊 Dario was very nice, helpful woth everything and he took the time to be available for us every time that we contacted him through wapp. I’m sorry that we couldn’t met. I and my friend we really recommend Guicciardini, we really enjoyed our stay and we allready told our friends about this accomodation! Great job Guicciardini, Dario! Thank you

We spent such a wondeful time at this property, which is situated right in the heart of Florence, at a distan walk of Palazo Pitti and Boboli gardens. The host was such a friendly and helpful person offering us, in advance, so many useful information, instructions and recommendations. The apartment is beautifully designed, like a boutique style, big room and bathroom, very clean and well equipped: including a mini fridge which was very useful. Also, the property offers a storage place in case of early check-in or at check-out for our luggages which gives us possibility to l leave our luggages at the property and continue our tour in the city. In the surroundings there are many restaurants, cafes and bars that entice you and that made our citybreak even more colorful. I totally enjoyed my city break at the Guicciardini 24 property and if I ever come back in Florence, I would definitely choose same property to stay.

Nothing to be unliked. Everything was perfect.

Location was perfect. Just 30 mins walk from Santa Maria Novella Station, and other 5 mins from Ponte Vecchio. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room (including a spotless bathroom that it is hard to find in similar structures). Communication with owner was great, as well as indications on how to 'use' the room and luggage room. We appreciated the fact that there were two chairs downstairs for resting a bit before leaving.

Although the room was in a quiet corner of the building, it seems that we were unlucky with neighbours (upstairs?) as they were moving furnitures (?) at 11PM and that was quite annoying as we wanted to have an early sleep. Also, despite knowing that accomodations in Florence are quite expensive and that the structure didn't provide any breakfast, for the price we paid (156 euros per night) we expected to find at least a small bottle of water or little snacks in the room, other than English tea.

The location of this flat is perfect, between the Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large. The parking arrangement the owner has with a local garage was extremely convenient. The room was well appointed and clean, and the owner is extremely helpful and available. It was obvious he cares very much about giving his guests an excellent experience for a very fair price. Well done, Dario! Bravo!

Although there was a hot pot and tea, I personally would have enjoyed also having a coffee maker available :)
