The hotel has impeccable service. The staff does everything to make your stay as perfect and comfortable as possible. We were extremely well looked after by Sarah and Susan. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a day of rest. The pool was an oasis in the heat of the city. The breakfast was excellent and the rooftop was very pleasant. Vivian even gave me a personal recipe for Vietnamese coffee. I can't recommend the place more. Professionalism and affection. Rank 10!

Superb hotel. Lovely staff, personal service and a good location a short walk into the town. Breakfast plentiful and fresh. Spa great value for guests. Sky bar nice views of hoi an.

Duvets quite thick so need air con on low overnight to prevent getting too hot. Duplex suite lovely with balcony but upper floor windows look out directly onto sky bar area from the 6th floor so need to keep blinds down!

The hotel is in a great location for both the cultural centre of Hoi An and the beach (although for the beach you would require a taxi or bike). The area is quiet and has some small eating places but well within walking distance of the main Old Town area. Our room (508) was beautifully decorated with a lovely bathroom, hardwood floors a TV and a small balcony with furniture, overlooking the beautiful pool. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept really well (it’s a quiet neighbourhood). There was a safe/minibar and a wardrobe and good lighting all in good working order. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is good, plenty of choice, great bread. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard, bikes are offered free to use if required.

The location may not suit all travelers as it about 10 minutes walk from the edge of the old town, however, the hotel provides bicycles which we found to be the best way to explore. The brakes were a little questionable at times but the doorman was eager to pump up the tires and adjust the seat height for our comfort. All the staff in general were eager to please. They seemed to ask a lot of questions ("Where are you going now? What are your plans for tonight?) and we were initially taken aback but soon realized they ask these questions because they want to offer hospitable suggestions or make arrangements for us. Sometimes they merely wanted to make conversation with us. It felt sincere and we felt genuinely taken care of. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The king sized bed was excellent.

There is a design flaw in the shower door that drips water onto the bathroom floor. I kept stubbing my toe on the raised step out of the bathroom. The rooms are not well sound insulated and we could hear traffic, roosters, people on other balconies etc.

I liked how hospitable the staff were. They offered me a complimentary drink upon checking in. The hotel breakfast was great. It offered many different options, both Western and Asian. My room and the hotel decor were beautiful. I loved the look of the pool area (great for IG photos). I really loved the mattress in my room. It was one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on. The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of Hoi An's Old Town area. If you wanted to walk or ride a bike it wouldn't take you that long to reach the center.

I had a small issue with mosquitoes in my room (to the point where I couldn't sleep). The front desk gave me one of those bug zapper rackets. I wish the hotel offered something like a mosquito net to guests for peace of mind. Mosquito nets are pretty inexpensive and considering the problem with Dengue Fever in Vietnam, it's something the hotel should consider.

Great value for money! The staff were super friendly and helpful! Especially Chloe. The rooms are very clean. Our bed was super king size and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and had lots of variety of western and Vietnamese food plus french pastries. Good coffee. They have a beautiful Spa where you can get Wonderful facials and massages. The location is only a little bit of the centre and only 12 min walk or 2 minutes in taxi or Grab. There's a convenient store next door and across the road. Very handy to get snacks and drinks. It also has a roof top bar that has happy hour, buy one get one free. They can hold your luggages at the Lobby after you check out if you wish. Would stay here again.

This has to be the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. Staff were very attentive, friendly, welcoming and engaging. Each morning at breakfast they asked my plans for the day and asked if I enjoyed what I had said I was doing the previous day. The food was excellent, the spa was brilliant and so relaxing. The rooms were clean bright airy and offered good views. The roof top bar was so nice and offered great views also and a relaxing escape from the busy streets of the ancient old town. When I was at breakfast on the last day, the front desk supervisor who spoke to me every morning asked where I was going after I checked out and arranged a taxi to the airport for me. When going to the taxi, the receptionist walked me to the door of the taxi opened the door and told me to take care! If you are coming to Hoi an this should be your hotel of choice.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

New small hotel located about 10-15 mins walk from the old town. We had a spacious and quiet room. Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Very good facilities including a nice pool and great spa. Massage is highly recommended. Hotel restaurant was good for the included breakfasts, and the one dinner we had there when we were unable to head into town due to a severe electrical storm and power cut was really nice and reasonably priced. Highly recommend a stay here.

Only slight downside is that while it’s a pretty short walk to the old town, the road is quite busy and footpaths in Vietnam seem to be for conducting trade and scooter parking, not pedestrians, so you spend alot of time walking on the road in the traffic. We figured out a slightly longer but quieter walking route to the old town via residential side streets so it wasn’t really a bother and not enough to put me off the staying here again of if we came back.

The hotel and staff were fantastic. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Hoi An old town as it is so close to everything that you want/need to see. There is some great street food in the vicinity. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning of our 7 night stay, so much to choose from. All the staff were fantastic, very friendly and informative, each gave their own special touch so not needing to give accolades to any particular individual as they were all outstanding. Congratulations to you all. Loved our stay here and would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

From the moment we were Picked up from the airport to the moment we returned we had the best first time in Vietnam. Not a large hotel, which was great. Staff very friendly, we can’t thank them enough for the service they all provided . Staff greeted us each morning by name and were always interested in our plans for the day and took the time to listen to the adventures we created. Close to town walking distance or you could use one of their free bicycles which we did for a morning ride to the beach area.

There really wasn’t anything we could fault with the facility…
