Of course…the proximity to the beach and boardwalk

A/c unit in living room was needing service and the poor quality of sleeper sofa which was reason for selecting the unit. We needed a second sleeping area. Could not sleep on that sofa for the poor mattress and support bars into your back. My caregiver friend ended up just sleeping on the seating area of other regular sofa.

The property has an old Hollywood beach feel. The room was good for the price, and the grounds were quaint and quiet during our stay. The location is excellent, just steps from the beach and a block from Margaritaville! Rooms #11 and #12 were on the 2nd floor facing the ocean, a nice view aside from the other roofs below. They also had a little kitchen, which is great for cost savings, there is a Publix and Walmart about 10min away to stock up on groceries and essentials.

It's an older building, and has some bumps, bangs, or rust here and there, but not a huge issue for the pricing. Parking is $20/day which adds up, but that's to be expected in this area, as it's limited in general. If you're fine with a little vintage charm and can overlook some cosmetic issues, it's a great deal and you can't beat the location!!

Pardon any spelling errors but Yari, Stephen, Philip and Maria were the nicest and most accommodating people for us! From an early check in to an extended day, beach towels and help with the TV, they took excellent care of us! The place is clean and bright and cheery. The mattress was super comfortable! The property is within a minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes to the Margueritaville resort area. We will stay here again 100%!

Our room was right next to the road and people can be less than considerate in their driving habits. This is obviously not the staffs fault, just our particular room.

I absolutely loved the location. The beds were so big and comfortable. And the manager he was so nice and great. I plan and got delayed so we checked in very late and even though the office was closed the manager still left My door code and the keys for me. He even let us check out late which was great because you were checking into our Airbnb the next day and we had a late check in time for that so it was great that me and my family didn't have to find something to do until check-in time so I definitely appreciate it.

The only thing I didn't like was in my room with the double beds. It didn't have a smart TV which was kind of difficult for the kids who wanted to watch YouTube.

There wasn't a breakfast. The location on Hollywood Beach is wonderful. We liked that everything was within walking distance. The parking was close. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you so much.

The bathroom sink did not drain from the get-go. We tried to get a hold of someone about the sink, but their front desk was not available. When we checked out in the morning, no one was there.

Love the property. This was our second stay. The room was great and we were very pleased.

When we stayed in September we were not charged for parking. This time we were told that parking was an additional $20 per night. When I asked when it changed the person I was speaking to got a little snippy with me. Then when I asked when she would be there for me to take care of it she wasn’t there.

Staff were super friendly and helpful: Evie, Candella and Mike! Had a larger room than booked which was much appreciated. The location is perfect, steps from the beaches and restaurants. it ain’t fancy but it does the job! We would come back for sure.

We would have liked to sit directly outside our room.

Clean and the price is right. They let me log in early. I always use Ocean Drive Villas when I come to Hollywood Beach because of its location and the cleanliness and comfort.

The ac unit had no remote and the manual controls were turned off. I could only turn the unit on and off. Not a huge problem. The hot and cold water spigots on the bathroom sink are reversed. The hot is coming out of the right spigot. I spent ten minutes trying to get hot water out of the left spigot before discovering this problem.

The location. The outdoor feel of trees and tropical plants. Available places to sit outside on the property even in the rain. Quiet and serene.

No complaints really except the view from the east window was another building and a very unkept space with high weeds and a rake against the window. I simply closed the blinds.

Always an amazing stay !! All the people that work here are like family to me !! They always make me feel so special and the rooms are so clean and so reasonable and between this hotel and their other hotel I wouldn’t stay anywhere else !! I’ve been coming here for 8 years with my daughters and have always felt so safe here as a woman traveling with children on her own !! Thank you again !! Love you guys xoxo
