The location was good. Only 12 minutes from my daughter. I come every year and the Home 2 Suites was very nice. Everyone was friendly. The rooms were wonderful (had a kitchen, which we used), What I didn't like was the rooms did NOT have safes in them, so I told the front manager to pass it on to her boss. Also, the bathrooms in the lobby did NOT have toilet seat covers, which are very sanitary. The two young men, Spenser and Ken who ran the breakfast were wonderful. Spenser made sure my husband and I had hot Decaf in the morning when we came down for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. I would most likely stay there again (if they have safes in the room).

Melissa is an excellent manager, she took care of our concerns and room problems. Matt was an outstanding cook. His breakfasts were the best of our stay.

Rumbling noise above our Room 400. Melissa had that checked and it got better after the first night but did not go away completely. The bathroom faucet leaked water from its base and the toilet got stopped up on our last night there. We were given a plunger by a gentleman at 10:00 at night. My husband plunged it and it cleared. The pillows were way too soft and had no support.

Room is new and clean, breakfast is simple and pretty good.

We booked 2 rooms and one of the room (400) located at top floor has some sort of generator or compressor running above it. It is super noisy and can feel the room shaking all night. We have to relocate to smaller room in the middle of the night. Since the booking is through booking.com, the staff said they can’t compensate me the price difference.

The room is really comfortable. I felt like I had plenty of room to spread out and in different spaces so it felt like home. The kitchenette is really great with all the things I might need. The breakfast is really pretty great. Something for everyone. Plus this hotel is conveniently located to Safeway and dozens of restaurants.

I didn’t love that the elevator is at the opposite end of the building from where you check in at, but it ended up not being a big deal and I got some extra steps in each day!

Great, well kept Home2Suite. The staff really go an extra step to make sure this place is kept clean and comfortable. Exactly what you would expect from a Home2 and a little more :) The BEST part is Matt with morning breakfast. He has great PIZZAZZ in the morning - perfect person for this!!

Location Loved Jodee the Supervisor of Housekeeping. She’s top notch! Excellent breakfast with gentleman running it. He had a w wonderful attitude trying to make sure every guest was taken care of with how busy it was.

The front desk staff member had zero customer service. Unpleasant and rude when we arrived on Sunday. I was hoping Flor was going to be there. Flor is wonderful. Extremely helpful! Cares for the guests that stay at Home2Suites at Hilton.

The fitness center is an important part of our business travels so we can stay on our routine. We've been gym-catfished before, so even though the pictures looked great our bar was low. The gym was awesome! It had everything we needed and extras so our workouts were great! And the room had dishes, dishwasher, big refrigerator; everything we needed to make our own meals easily.

Well located by lots of great shops and places to eat. Worthy Brewing was so close we could walk and it had excellent food and beer.

It was very busy in the morning at breakfast and often clean plates and bowls would run out

Location and the rooms are comfortable with many amenities that I want, like a kitchen, that makes it really easy to stay there.

I hate where the elevator is located. I have to lug my things all the way down the hall to the other end of the building from the check in.

This was our second stay at this Home2. This is our favorite hotel and we always look for a Home2 whenever we travel. The layout is superb, the bed very comfortable and the kitchen is such a pleasure. We usually carry our own food and make our own meals so the kitchen is important. We were right next to the elevator and were concerned at first, but the elevator was not noisy and we had no issues with noise. There is a Whole Foods just a block away and many good restaurants within a block or two--really a superb location.

There was some kind of a movie crew in the hotel when we were there--very hush hush. No one would say what it was and there was a lot of extra crew around standing in the halls and security guards. It was kind of unpleasant.
