Took a grab for 250THB and was met with such a beautiful oasis that is hidden in such as busy side street! Staff were very friendly and helped us with our luggage. Provided us with info about different attractions nearby in Chiang Mai, and were ready and willing to assist with any requests we had. The room was spacious, had an excellent shower and small balcony overlooking their refreshing pool. They provided us with fresh distilled water bottles everyday and had excellent breakfast options with fresh fruit and some vegetables. They were also kind enough to leave us with a small gift upon checking-out

Modern design and furnishings. Breakfast sets included bacon or ham, eggs and avocado on toast, rice porridge, espresso, and juice. Location was close to markets. Pool was very small and unheated (might be the standard) so the kids did not use it to manage their energy levels as expected. Appreciated the loft bed as extra space. They supplied a bottle of water each per day which was appreciated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is 1 min away from good restaurant, massage, atm, and laundry service.

We would have liked to get extra blanket/sheet for the sofa bed. Bit costly compared to other accommodation options.

This is a really cute little hotel down some narrow little streets near the old town of Chiang Mai. Our pool view room was very nicely decorated, bed was huge & super comfy. Breakfast was efficient with lots of variety. Staff very helpful. Lots of tour options & would recommend Elephant Nature Park (ENP)for a totally ethical walking with elephants experience.

In an ideal world the pool could have been warmer with a few more chairs around it to sit on. But as we did tours most days we hardly had time to sit around it anyway! It was absolutely fine for a quick dip.

This boutique hotel is so cute and quaint and in a very convenient location. Back in the laneways near trendy cafes and art studios. The decor is gorgeous and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I stayed in 5 different hotels of varying kinds on this trip and this was my favourite.

My stay was cut short by a major power outage but this wasn't the fault of the hotel. I was refunded the nights I was unable to stay. I just wished I could have stayed the entire time. This could have happened at any hotel though.

This hotel really checks all the boxes: Great location in the old town, very friendly and competent staff with excellent English skills, clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was especially appreciated by the kids. Breakfast is set menu plus additional choices which catered for all tastes and they serve excellent coffee. I would for sure come back. Advice for families: we had the deluxe loft but instead I would take two connecting rooms the next time to have a little more space. Unfortunately this option was not obvious to me when booking.

We managed to get was we requested for - 2 rooms to be next to each other. Rooms - with pool access. Love the theme and pastel colour of the rooms. The daily housekeeping were on their toes everyday, good job on making sure the rooms are tidied and cleaned. Breakfast - The selection was very basic but they do service this thick toast sandwich if you're room comes with breakfast. Highly recommended to try it. Staff- We very helpful in providing information and assisting us with our luggage. Surrounding - There were a lot of small local cafes/spas/laundry. Just next door, there's a Bamboo Hut accommodation the reception does tours for tourist, we booked our Zipline activitiy there, the lady who assisted us were super friendly. She even gave us information on what's happening today/tomorrow and we took her suggestion. We even checked out those cute Bamboo Huts, it's really raw and basic stay suitable for solo backpackers traveler. Do check it out!

Honestly nothing, only if they could leave the main door to access the hotel rooms open or remove the card access that will be more convenient.

Fabulous hotel. The room was great, comfortable bed and extremely clean facilities. The staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect, in a quiet area but perfect for walking to all the main spots. I was a solo traveller and felt very safe wandering back to the hotel on an evening.

Excellent value for money! The hotel was in a great location with lots of restaurants, spas and sights within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean, with free bottles of water provided daily. The breakfast was good too and the staff were helpful. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable which meant we had excellent sleep.

There was not a lot of space in the room for belongings, but it was manageable.

The hotel is in a great location and walking distance from bars, restaurants and temples. The reception staff were super friendly, helpful and had very good English. We felt very comfortable staying here, really at peace which reflects the general feel of Chiang Mai. Breakfast was also amazing, good selection of fresh fruits and great coffee.

Slightly larger pool area for chairs or sun loungers would have been nice.

The hotel looked really cozy, the room and lobby design were awesome. The breakfast was ok and there is a pool. The location is very good, within the walls of the old city. It is super close to the airport.

We had a room with pool access and it was extremely humid, there was a dehumidifier in the room that always was on full throttle, sometimes bothering our sleep. Very few options for breakfast.
