- Breakfast was very good, excatly what you need to start a day. It was very nice with everything which was needed. Mixed variety of nutriets(helathy sandwich options with fruit and juices with small additions of bakery. - Very silent and peaceful neighbourhood - Separate toilets are fantastic solution for this apartment.

- One bedroom had particular small bed. We were two adults and one bed was a bit smaller in size, therefore a bit bigger bed would be better. - Lighting in kitchen could be better.

- The apartment is well equipped and all the basics amenities were covered. - The location is excellent

- Difficulty with parking my car. The paid street parking in front of the property is almost always full. Even though Frogner house clearly mentions that they do not cover parking, I did notice many vacant parking spots at the property.. perhaps missed opportunity? - The bed was too soft.. thereby, I did not the have a pleasant sleep - Key collection was at another location more than a kilometer away - not convenient

Location is excellent, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need for a longer stay

The on line key download application is not perfect. We had problema, because we could not get the code via sma, without which it is not possible to procees to the next steps. No one answered on phone calls, only the machine, so the way of communication should be improved. We also waited longer for replies to the e-mails.

The location is perfect. It has all you need, but an important detail was missing, a wood cooking spoon! However very well stocked kitchen and I liked the details like coffee filters in the machine or a washing liquid pod in the bathroom.

Missing cooking spoons. Our apartment was in the basement, and right outside there was a very strong mouldy smell. But not in the property itself. Only in The basement.

Too complicated check-in. We were luckily to check in before 8 pm to receive assistance on call. The apartment is located on the last floor and as the weather was hot we struggled with the high temperature I the apartment. There was no reserved parking available, so we parked on the street using “Easy park” app

Nice spacious apartment in good location, a short distance from the city centre, but with good transport links.

Nothing major, but it was not ideal having to pick up the keys in a different location (it was raining). Also the sofa was really uncomfortable and one of the toilet seats was broken.

The location of Frogner House - Bogstadveien is excellent. It was very close to many museums, the palace, and transportation. The apartment was extremely clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again in the future.

We had really nice rooms, clean and cozy. Well equipped! Good bathrooms, Everybody were satisfied. Will come back in the future.

Apartment should have two double bed bedrooms, or at least queen as described. But there were one double bed room and one single bed room. It was little bit dissapointing. But we manage to deal with it.

The check-in is still a bit chaotic. Too many locations to check massages. Like- Email, booking app, hotel portal. It is confusing. Please try to improve direction by providing all info via email.

Comfortable apartment in a nice residential area, not far from the city center. The kitchen was fully furnished, and we could use the dining area which was separate from the bedroom. A very good solution to save some money and enjoy Oslo attractions.
