The hotel is top notch in cleanliness , guest service and facilities. The location is very convenient and the access to the city stars mall is the deal-maker as you would never get bored. Breakfast was amazing. I liked Feteer and honey. I would like to thank Sohila and Yousef at the reception , and Sayed Ahmed at the restaurant. Special thanks to Engie who made our marriage anniversary an unforgettable memory.

Everything, every small thing, all staff were so caring, attentive, polite , I was so impressed that the cleaning staff have their manager following their work all the time a step buy step that I never seen before in any other hotel even in the other intercontinental hotel in another country, the cleaning staff were so polite, when I was leaving one gentleman of them asked me how much you give us from 10 , I like his spirit, I want to thank Mr. Youssef and Mr. Ossama for their high standards respect they know very well how to deal with the guest and give him the feeling that he is very welcome in intercontinental Cairo city stars, and big thank you for Ms. Mariam Khattab the right person in the right place she came to welcome in the check in, and same when we checked out to leave , a decent smile young leader 👍🏼thumb up for all of u and the high management

Excellent Stay and Exceptional Service Our stay at the hotel was truly outstanding. We encountered a minor issue with our room, but the staff went above and beyond to make things right — we were upgraded twice and even offered a complimentary dinner. The level of customer service was exceptional; the staff genuinely go out of their way to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. The hotel’s location is superb, the food is delicious, and everything is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. A special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Gamal, the duty manager, who handled our concerns with remarkable professionalism and care. His dedication made a real difference in our experience.

the quality of breakfast did not meet the expected standards of a five-star hotel. Additionally, the check-in process was lengthy and the room service was not as responsive as desired.

The hotel is well located with a direct entrance to a large mall with a good varity of shops. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast has a very large selection with very good arabic food. The hotel has underground parking with a direct access to your floor.

The elevators were very slow and I had to wait very often. I was on the 16th floor which only 1 elevator can reach and this elevator did not reach the underground parking.

When embarking on a journey, the experiences we gather often hinge on the environments we find ourselves in and the people we meet along the way. During my recent stay I was fortunate to encounter an extraordinary individual who made my visit memorable Mr. Ahmed Hassan from the reception. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a sense of hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. However, it was Mr. Hassan who truly stood out. His professionalism and charm transformed the check-in process into a delightful experience. For sure i will revisit the hotel again.

Most of the things were Amazing. In fact, Miss “Sherihan” was super supportive. The hotel is very lucky indeed to have her at its property. Additionally, everyone has n this hotel is super gorgeous.

In fact, the Jacuzzi has no air vent, which made the area quite scorching. Furthermore, some parts of the swimming pool are unhygienic as there are plenty of dirts and hair in it.
