Truly stunning historic apartment with original features and high ceilings. Great ameneties and a wonderful location. It made our Florence stay even more special. Brilliant for a family trip (6 adults and 1 toddler) with lots of bathrooms and wide open spaces

The only minor negative is the air con in the main living area doesn’t get quite cool enough (probably due to the absolute size of the place) but works very well in all bedrooms so I didn’t really mind this.

The apt was perfect. 2 bedrooms one bath TV internet kitchen. We didn’t use it to its potential as we were only there 2 nights. My daughter’s study abroad dorm was maybe 60-70 ft away. Close to many of the big sites and restaurants everywhere. We received the entry door code as well as the key lockbox code as explained. The entry foyer to the building was like an old castle. It has a small elevator but our unit was on first floor so we mostly walked up. Plenty of interior seating and kitchen was well stocked with utensils and glassware plates etc.

There is nothing I didn’t like but my only suggestion might be to try and get a usb electric outlet as the world is overtly mobile anymore and I gave my adapter to my daughter.

First of all the place itself, very nice and big. Nice furnitures, a lot of bathrooms and rooms, perfect for a big family or a big group of friends. The location is central. If you go by car there is a garage on the other street.

There is a restaurant downstairs and the noise from it can be upsetting in the night. Also, some details should be better cared - doors squeak, some missing things in the kitchen, etc.

The apartment was very clean and was easy to access on arrival. The beds were very comfortable .The location was ideal too. The communication with the company was excellent . Non intrusive, but available if we had any questions. We were given all the information we needed for arrival and departure.

We were surprised that there was no soap in the bathroom.

Great location. Apartment standard exceeded expectations. Good restaurant on the same corner. Very attentive and informative staff.

Early check-in/leaving bags could have been free of charge.

The apartment is located in the centre of Florence (4 minutes to Piazza della Signoria and 3 minutes to Basilica Santa Croce). The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances. The terrace is really great with wonderful views to Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Basilica Santa Croce, Piazzale Michelangelo and more. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, you can access is with the elevator if you don’t want to use the stairs. The staff is very helpful and responsive to your needs and requests. We will come again next year for sure.

We would prefer single bed blanket in the master bedroom, but that is just our preference :-)
