The location is very well placed, close to the central area, two tram stops away. I found it very easily, easy access with the self check-in system. I communicated very well and promptly via whatsapp with the staff managing the accommodation. The room has everything you need, it was very clean.

The only problem I had was with the air conditioning. There was an air conditioner, you could turn it on, but it didn't blow cold air. We communicated in writing with the staff, who told us that it is a machine that runs more slowly and that we should not set the temperature below 20 degrees. However, the air did not work. Probably this way electricity was saved, but on hot summer days with temperatures above 35 degrees, you cannot sleep without air conditioning. I recommend that he change his air conditioner, so that the comfort of the customers is maximum.

We had a fantastic stay in this room! The bed was lovely and comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. Everything was spotless – the room was clean and tidy, making it feel very welcoming and relaxing. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially after long days of exploring. The location is perfect—just a short walk to all the main attractions, which made getting around super easy. I truly can't fault anything about my stay. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Loved the bed! The staff were efficient and helpful, answered question by WhatsApp very fast. Though I wasn’t familiar with this process of online check in and consultation, I soon got used to it.

Everything was good, though the check in could have been slightly easier. I didn’t quite understand the need for the individual key boxes at the front door. But really, no complaints! Thanks for a great stay!

The location was really good. Only 15-20mins from the main station and easy to walk to the tourist spots and some really nice restaurants and bars nearby. The beds were really comfy and so were the pillows. The staff were very friendly but didn’t speak any English so it was really hard to communicate. The room was really nice and comfy to be in, it had really large windows that opened up to the street. I would definitely stay here again.

The toilet seat in our room was off of its hinge so it moved around and almost came off multiple times. The room also had a bit of a Sulfur smell when we first arrived. The aircon also was very very old so it didn’t blow cold air, just slightly cool air even if it was set to a specific temperature. The breakfast selection also wasn’t that much (like other reviews mention), it’s basically just a few packaged crackers, breads, and pastries. There was free access to coffee and tea though in the common area which was nice. They allow pets to stay in these rooms which was a little irritating as there was someone with a dog staying in the room next to us and we could hear the barking non stop through the doors/walls as there was no soundproofing.

Excelent location. Tram station at less than 100 m with only 3 small stops to reach the city center..Check-in and check-out procedure really simple with all the required information delivered promptly and very nice directly to Whatsapp. Cozy and comfortable room. Excellent value for money .

It is very easy even with luggages to reach from the train station with the tram. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff is ready to help immediately with any problems you encounter and are easily reachable. Good location, close to the touristic city center(ca. half an hour walk to the dome)

Host has been extremely proactive and responds with speed. Location is outstanding and just outside the Tram station. Also, Railway station in very near. The rooms were very compact and kitchen was functional and all accessories included. Entry into and outside was a breeze. Highly recommend this premises

Air conditioning was absolutely great! Cooled off the room very quickly and silently (it was really HOT when we were there). Room was nice. They have a kitchen with a little breakfast area- it was basic but did the job to start the day with a coffee. It is conveniently located in front of tram stop but just a little off from the city center- far enough that we did not feel like trekking back in the middle of the day to take a break. Other than that it was perfect!
