The king sized bed in the one bedroom unit was comfortable and had nice bedding. The pull out couch also had adequate bedding. Although it was a walk through bathroom, this worked well without any problems for one adult and 2 teenagers. In the kitchenette there was a long bar area with 4 very comfortable bar stools. There were also adequate dishes and cooking tool supplied. There was a small table and 2 chairs available on the deck for seating.
There was no seating in the living room area once the couch was made into a bed. The bar stools were available but an additional 2 chairs might have been nice.

Did not have breakfast. When I asked the concierge what was complimentary and if food was complimentary he said the pool , sauna, were complimentary. Did not know breakfast was included or i would've taken my 4 kids down to have breakfast.
I guess it would be the fact that we missed out on breakfast if it was complimentary. Kind of disappoints me if this is the case.

The room had 3 beds which was appreciated for our family of 4. It was clean and spacious for our needs. The room had great amenities like a fridge, tea, glasses and cups. There was a small balcony where you could sit and observe the woods. My kids enjoyed being in a different room from us parents. They were able to relax and watch TV in their own space. The heated pools were great! There was a fitness studio, which I didn't get a chance to use. I wish we had the ability to stay longer.
It was hard to find our room initially because the building numbers were not obvious and the lights which showed the building numbers (on the rocks) went out one night. The staff was mostly awesome but I didn't care for the hard sell to attend the WorldMark meeting. It added an additional 20 min to my check-in that I was not prepared for.

The location in Bend was very nice. It's a great place to meet up with multiple family members or friends. There are easy walks and hiking trails within the area. The balcony had a lovely view. It was very pleasant sitting there in the evenings. The pools and games are inviting and it was a very family friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed watching my grandchildren having a good time and interacting with other kids.
The resort is aging and in need of some upkeep; A/C wasn't working. They are motivated to sell time shares so be careful of the sales pitch. I thought I was getting a room with a kitchen but realized when I arrived that I'd reserved the wrong type of room & had no place to prepare food. My mistake. We were on the 3rd floor, no elevator, so carrying heavy bags and coolers was some effort. I would stay there again but I'd get a different type of room and try to stay on the 1st or 2nd floor. Would have loved to have a morning coffee bar at the on-site restaurant. I think people would pay for coffee drinks. The restaurant is not open for breakfast or lunch. A coffee bar concession might be worth them considering for the future.

Great location, very clean and so much to do. Still mind blowing that the hot tubs and pools are heated and open during the winter.
Property was great. My only complaint was it didn’t snow while we were there. But not really anything the resort could do about that.

The resort is very pleasant. There is a lot of open space and the landscaping is quite lovely. Our room was spacious with a great outlook.
We booked through Booking.com but after our initial check in, we were told the check in would be completed by another member of staff. This person was a salesperson for World Mark and tried very aggressively to sell us a timeshare. After fifteen minutes of telling her we were not interested, we finally said, "enough! We simply want to pay what we expected to pay and have our vacation." This experience left a bad taste in our mouths. Had I known this was part of the deal, I would not have used the resort. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

The pool area was excellent. The temperature of the water was amazing and the grounds were clean. It's a great location.
The AC unit didn't work really well. It was pretty warm in the room. At first it was blowing out hot air, but one of the maintenance workers came to help. He got it blowing cooler air, but it still didn't totally cool down the room during our visit.

We loved all of the facilities and activities that were accessible. It gave us a nice place to hang out at night and still have a good time around a fire even after a long day of activities. Very comfortable and friendly staff.
Honestly not really sure. As someone who hasn’t travelled as much to many resorts as I would like to I don’t have anything to compare it to and it was just an all around good place to be. It also just gave us activities to do when we weren’t sight seeing or doing activities downtown.

I did not appreciate the staff that wouldn’t take no for an answer when they were trying to sell us on a time share. We stood there for 45 minutes telling the employee that we were not interested and that we had just drive 4 hours and were tired.
