Property has a great location. The young man at the front desk with the braids was very attentive and very nice. He definitely deserve a raise or sum!!!!

When I checked in the 1st room the beds were for one person and it was 2 adults and 2 kids. tv and remote did not work. The lamps on the wall where the chargers where kept fall down upside down. The air conditioner had MOLD AND DUST on it!! There we’re only towels in our 1st room no facecloths I called the front desk and he helped get my room changed the next day. Now my second room was perfect it was clean and the beds were big enough,the tv worked with the remote, more space and cleaner than other room had towels and facecloths.

The front desk assistants were definitely top tier very helpful and nice thank you so much you all were very helpful to me.

Because of many negative reviews, I was a little nervous when I chose to stay there. However, I found the room is relatively clean, and the bed is comfortable.

The non-smoke room had a terrible smell of cigarettes. The room was quiet at night, except for the intermittent noise from the refrigerator.

The staff was so nice and helpful and understanding the manager was so kind hearted they always had a smile on their face. ,

Hated waiting on the elevator

Beds where comfortable shower on the other hand tape on if like mist shower might of like it but over all stay was nice.

When book a room online get there with confirmation number and you told don’t have a room for you two days in a row.

Ms. Debbie and the front desk crew to the Housekeeping and Maintenance crew are all exceptional. the property is always kept clean and orderly, it’s quiet and peaceful I would definitely recommend this Hometowne Studios for a getaway.

I love the manager Nicole and the office staff they were amazing. The room was good once I was moved. This is an extended stay hotel. I will stay again
