One thing that is very noticeable with Senorita are the very good staffs. Definitely exceptional customer service just like 5 star hotels! 😊 — easy to approach, very polite and very helpful. Also the location is definitely really good, it is in Da nang center and the beach (which we enjoyed most). The breakfast was also good. I also love how clean our room is especially the comfort room. The hotel is very clean, the rooftop was also well maintained and good to relax. This hotel is definitely worth the price, and worth going back for. Maybe we’ll go back here if we return in Da nang for more travels. - Hazel&Kass

The room was a little small, few charging outlets and with little interior design (compared to other hotel we had with the same room type). The first towels we had on the 1st day was kind of too worn out, but we requested fresh ones on the 2nd day and it was so much better. Sadly there were no bathrobes, we requested one but we were told they are only available for higher room rates (which kind of a little disappointing). There were no Netflix, Youtube not working, only cable. Also, the room was kind of dim for my liking especially at night (very few room lights), so I think deluxe and higher rooms would may be a better choice when booking not superior room type for this hotel. lovely staff, the room was comfortable with strong ac. The TV in the room could connect to YouTube and had a few English channels. We were able to have our laundry done with a few hours for a reasonable price. Great location with lots of great cafes and bars around and only a couple minutes walk to the beach.

Despite having a large breakfast slot (6.30-10.30), you really need get there early as they don’t keep the burners on so the hot food was often cold when we got there (around 8.30). During our 7 nights stay I was only able to get coffee at some breakfast as they seemed to run out very quickly. We did need to request fresh sheets and towels, they just make the bed not change them every day.The housekeeping staff also seemed to come either very early (9am) or very late in the afternoon (4pm) which sometimes was awkward.

what truly made the experience memorable was the incredible hospitality. A special mention must go to Lia, one of the hotel staff, whose warmth and dedication went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, Lia greeted us with genuine kindness and a bright smile. She helped us plan our local itinerary with insightful recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and hidden spots only a local would know. Her guidance made our trip smoother, more enjoyable, and far more personal. Thanks to Lia and the rest of the attentive staff, Señorita Boutique Hotel felt more like a home than a hotel. The location was very good as well

The hotel felt a bit congested and the upkeep including the towels etc. left much room for improvement.

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The majority of the staff were very helpful.

Limited towels in rooms and no beach towels provided. They told us to take our room towels but felt it was a chore if they needed replacing. No access to ironing facilities. At the end of the stay after lots of requests I did get to keep one of our rooms longer for showering at a cost. The hotel offers no showering facilities if you have a late flight. They did say use the one by the pool but this was a cold rickety old thing and you would be showering next to strangers relaxing with water cascading across the floor where people sit. A 4 star hotel should offer showering facilities and beach towels.

The staff were outstanding and Harry in particular was incredibly helpful....he recommended a great place around the corner where we could enjoy local dishes at a good price. Breakfast was excellent . The Danang beach is literally across the road, 200m away. Right next door Dalky's cafe serves the most amazing smoothies (try the avocado!). We've booked a further 2 nights on our way back from Hoi an to Hanoi.

The only blot on an incredible stay in Danang was the noise factor from surrounding entertainment. In particularl from a local who rides around with a huge speaker attached to his moped selling his wares. He made a racket till past midnight on night one but seemed to cease after 10pm on the 2nd night after Harry got security to warn him off. Not any fault of the hotel! Take along effective earplugs!

Everything! The moment we arrived at the doorstep, we were greeted warmly by the staff and brought our bags up to the lobby. Harry was very helpful with the whole process of checkin in and made us feel very welcome! Location wise, it’s perfect distance to the beach! Just a 1-minute walk across the street and it’s the beach already. Plenty of eateries around and marts to get essentials. Breakfast was also good for the price we paid! Do not expect 5-Star food but it’s sufficient for a sumptuous meal! I will definitely come back here, and it’s also near Factory 43 Cafe which is my favourite cafe in Danang!

The hotel is in a great location, and the area is relatively quiet in the evenings compared to other busy parts of the city. Breakfast was decent, and I was truly impressed by the six different ways they prepare eggs—it’s a rare find!

The biggest issue with breakfast was that the staff kept very small portions of food in the shared trays—only 2-3 servings at a time. Because of this, certain dishes or fruits were often unavailable, and we had to wait for the staff to refill them. The WiFi was strong in the lobby, dining area, and hallways, but in our room, the signal was very weak, and the phone frequently disconnected. It seems that some rooms have a good connection while others do not. Overall, I feel the hotel is great but slightly overrated. We chose it based on its high 9.0 rating on Booking, but in reality, I would rate it around 8.0-8.5.

Really close to the beach and some really good reataurants. Super friendly staff, rooftop pool.

Rooms that face north (the ones with beach view) are overlooking the night-market that has loud live music until late night. In combination with single-glass-windows you can hear the music in the room with closed windows. Since we don’t have a light sleep it didn’t bother us too much but it was little disturbing.

Location is great, beach is few steps away, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Staffs are nice and helpful.

-The room is small, even if we got superior double but there is no place to open the suitcases. -The lightning is bad: not enough light in the room. -the desk has no space to put the laptop on. -the mirror is placed at a strange position. -water in the shower is not hot enough -toilet paper was given very little, giving the feeling that the hotel saves each roll of toilet papers. -the breakfast: during WE, not enough tables for guests. Western options are very poor. Foods were not refilled often… sometimes nothing left to eat. Kind of disappointing
