The property is well-located just of Highway 59 in Houston, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the Medical Center. We had a quiet room at the back. The room, kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well. It’s a ‘no frills’ kind of place; for the price, it was a good accommodation.

The furniture was chipped and tired-looking. Tho the kitchen area is relatively large, it’s completely un-equipped. Couldn’t even make coffee. We had to ask for plates, cups, cutlery, the coffee maker, pots/pans, etc. No toaster was available. No dish washing liquid, either.

The room was comfortable and adequate for what I needed. The location was also good - quiet, and close proximity to various restaurants. The staff were also helpful anytime I needed help. They tried to resolve most problems to the best of their ability.

The internet was down for a whole day without any backup arrangements. I felt stranded! It also took a while to resolve the issue with the telephone extension in my room. There was no dial tone.

Friendly helpful front desk and good value for the price; clean, pleasant room… nothing fancy but that’s okay!

People loitering at the edges of the property made me feel unsafe to walk. Location is a little iffy anyway and that didn’t help. I felt safe driving but not walking to local restaurants.

Loved how peaceful it was and no one bothered us or gave us any issues

Didn’t like that we were out of water for a little while couldn’t use restroom or shower but was turned back on later in the evening

Location is ideal! Front desk staff is always great! Although the property could use an interior face lift, the cleanliness is always superb!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Location was perfect for my Houston visit, close to museum district, and Hermann Park.

Convenient location

It wasn't possible to open the windows, probably for safety reasons, so the air in the room couldn't ventilate properly.

We stay in a handicap room, and I really like the bathroom with the shower with no barrier. He just rolled the wheelchair in and it's helped him tremendously, much easier for him to take a shower, so thank you.
