The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable, and there was a lovely bathtub (with complimentary bath salts). The coffee maker in the room was excellent, as was the rainfall shower. The staff was lovely. A delicious dinner was available on-site. The WiFi was good.

The room was quite dim, especially by the couch. It really needed a lamp. The hot water in the bath was not always hot. The staff leaving at 5 pm is a bit of a frustration should you need anything, and breakfast can be a little slow coming out. I was told 15-20 minute,s but I waited 40+ minutes.

Location, rooms, and restaurants were all top notch, but what really stood out for me was the exceptional service from reception. Several receptionists went above and beyond to help me surprise my wife on our wedding trip, by helping me arrange flowers to the room and even finding us a dance instructor to practice a wedding dance. Without them, our trip would have looked very different and I could not have wished for a better start of our stay in Tbilisi and Georgia. They were incredible. Would also come back for sure for the food and wines we’ve had at Weller and Craft - delicious, stylish, and super comfortable restaurants.

I have very few notes, the whole stay was perfect. I think I would have loved to make more use of room catering / service but was just as happy to walk down the stairs to pick up a bottle of wine, which we did quite a lot. We also couldn’t get the air conditioning to a setting we were perfectly happy with, but that might be personal preference.

Amazing property with good vibe and character! Our host Zuka was really helpful, more than we expected. He made a few pleasant adjustments to our stay and recommended a really cool tour in the city with Natalia (please ask him for details!). The hotel was beautiful in every detail, the shower had good pressure and the warm water came quickly (big plus in the winter ;) the breakfast was not very diversified, but prepared craftily, we particularly enjoyed the Weller!

Lighting in the room was dark (for a reason, but would be great to have a bright emergency light for packing and finding staff at night). The cleaning is inconsistent, some days was amazing, others, we didn’t even have the towers replaced (not sure why, but no big deal as it happens only one or twice). Otherwise, highly recommend!

A gorgeous boutique hotel with professional staffs. I encountered some technique problems in the room the first night (hot water heater stopped working, AC didn’t work) but the team resolved it quickly. Decoration in the room is unique and tasteful. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. Weller, the hotel restaurant is an absolute gem with great drinks and food. The hotel is located in an area with plenty of higher end bars and restaurants. Supermarket and Art Palace is nearby too.

I broke a glass in the bathroom. The housekeeper missed a few broken pieces on the floor first time. When I asked her politely to double clean, she said something in foreign language quite passive aggressively. I could have misinterpreted it but she made me quite uncomfortable.

Very cosy boutique hotel. I really loved the design and the small details in the room. The hotel is next to a few great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. About 12-15 min walk to two subway stations, 10 min walk to Fabrika, and 15 min walk to Aghmashenebli Ave. I highly recommend the breakfast, although I wasn't as impressed by dinner. Craft Wine Restaurant next door is wonderful, Ice Crime around the corner is a must, and Riva Coffee Roasters down the street was excellent.

Purposely booked the room with a tub, but unfortunately the hot water wasn't hot enough for a proper bath.

From the moment I stepped inside, I felt this sense of relaxation wash over me. The lighting is soft and warm, and feels like a warm embrace. There is nothing ordinary about this hotel. Everything is carefully curated, it seems, to feel cozy and inviting. I’m incredibly impressed with the design, and the effect it has on mood. This is unlike any hotel I’ve stayed in before, and I loved every second in the hotel. The hotel staff were all wonderful and incredibly accommodating and helpful. A special thanks to Tamar, for always being available to assist with planning. In every way, this was the most pleasant hotel stay of my life. The tub in the room was such a wonderful touch, allowing me a luxurious nightly soak to unwind after long days exploring the city. The Weller Restaurant is incredible. Beautifully prepared dishes, and fantastic meals.

There was nothing at all that I didn’t like about the property.

The properties is an excellent converted building into a hotel, feeling very cozy. Very homely. Really easy to reach close by fun. Fabrika is just around the corner too . The hotel staff the two Georgi and Tamar are so very nice. They were always available, even at night if you encounter any questions. They are nice people. Hotel also has a hip and decent bar/ restaurant downstairs where they also serve breakfast and another one next door. Very clean overall, and the rooms with the bath on the first floor are very picturesque and great . Hospitality great . Good for value . Thank you for having us .

There is not much I didn’t like about the place. Over all it was a great stay

Room was clean and pretty. Nice cityviews if you open bathroom balcony door.. Room was small but good for one person. Location is good.

Corridors were very dark. Hard to find the keyhole when entering to room. For breakfast there is two options - Georgian and Middle Eastern. First morning I ate the waiting time was about 30 minutes. There was me and one other customer… but it did not bother because I was not in a hurry and still could eat in peace. Last morning at 8:10 kitchen staff was not yet at work (breakfast starts at 8 and I came waiting for it at 8) so I ask can the guy in reception estimate how long does it take with breakfast because I had airport taxi coming at 9. Answer was sarcastic ”How many minutes you eat???”Okey. Did not eat there then. Tv did not work. Also noticed now that there is in the reservation that free bottle of wine is in the room. There was not.

this hotel is definatelly a gem in terms of design and personalization, even the radio has its own wave with some vibe, the restaurant is really in good hands, the food is fusion of different styles, the breakfast is TOP, the wine choice is very good.

All facilities and appliances were working just amazing, but there is no elevator, so for people with small kids or big luggage, i would consider this

Great location to explore the city, attentive and kind staff, delicious breakfast and comfortable room.

1. We could hear very loud music (and with a strong base) in the room coming from the building or a neighbor building (both Saturday and Sunday). It stopped eventually, but it was not possible to sleep until then. 2. While it gives the cozy feeling to the room, the dimmed lights are not very practical when packing or looking for something. I would recommend to add at least 1 bright light for this purpose :)
