Wow, wow, wow! This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was outstanding! The room, the cleanliness, and especially the staff! The staff goes above and beyond; they even take the time to learn where each guest is from, so they can understand cultural preferences and make your stay more enjoyable! The hotel itself was spotless. Our room was so clean it felt like we were the very first guests to stay there (and I'm OCD and very picky when it comes to cleanliness). We were greeted with a personalized welcome note upon arrival, and every evening we found delicious little pastries waiting for us to enjoy with our tea. I absolutely loved this hotel and can’t wait to come back!!

We were one of the very first customers to stay in this hotel after being renovated. When we first checked in, the hotel was not 100% ready, but despite that the staff team made sure to make it up and our stay was truly memorable with special thanks to the general manager, Ljubica. Her and her team made us feel special with their top notch customer service and attentiveness. The rooms were really nice and comfortable, the service was AMAZING, the breakfast/in-room dining was delicious and the location was perfect. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay, the location is ideal, the facilities great, breakfast excellent, and the staff extremely friendly. We came with our little dog and we have to remark how much effort was made to make her feel special :) Thanks to all of the staff and in particular Ljubisa who made our trip really unique.

We had wonderful time in this charming hotel. A special mention for the breakfast service and wonderful waiters, always smiling and attentive in the morning. We had dinners outside so can't comment on other food services. In any case, I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable stay!

Palazzo President hotel was a great choice! We visited as a family so I can confirm that the hotel is extremely kid-friendly. The food was very tasty. Special praise goes to chef Drazen, who accommodate all food preferences for adults and kids alike. Definitely coming back!

Had a pleasure to be among the first guests in this hotel and was really impressed – from luxurious yet modern interior to friendly staff, everything exceeded our expectations. We parked a car outside the hotel, but there’s also inside parking area.

When booking the hotel I had no expectations as I only wanted central location. It turned to be much more than I could wish for! Rooms absolutely superb (everything new) and staff are always on hand being very efficient and helpful.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. Great location, only a few minutes from the city centre. Breakfast was delicious. I’d definitely come back.
