My friend and I stayed in room 5. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location, only 10 minutes walk to the palace and the seafront. Even though it was so close to everything, it was also quiet & tucked away, so we weren't disturbed by noise from outside in the night. We stayed on the first floor, and our room had a balcony where you could sit and a washing line to dry our clothes/swimwear. The owner was really nice and very helpful. There was a kettle & fridge in the room with a separate kitchen downstairs with plates, dishes, etc. A tip if you stay in room 5, there is a switch on the outside of the bathroom, under the tv, which is to get hot water in the shower. The owner may have told us this, but we forgot/didn't realise until a few days into our trip.

Only a small thing, but it would be nice if the showerhead was a bit higher up the wall, but you could take it out of the holder, so it wasn't really a problem. We really enjoyed our stay & would book here again.

The location is great, quiet yet very central. The host was very accommodating and we really appreciated we could check-in earlier. The apartment and the bathroom are lovely, comfortable, quiet and clean, with good beds, linen and towels. There is a nice little patio with a table and chairs where you can have a breakfast or a coffee. A very good experience.

A few additional touches would be nice - like a coffee machine and coffee capsules/tea in the kitchen annex, some cosmetics in the bathroom (there was only hand soap) :)

The host was very friendly and helpful. We could store our luggage until departure to the airport. The location was very good. Not far from the busy center and beaches but quiet. We heared and saw the birds in the morning. Small bathroom but good shower with quick hot water. Bed slept well. Airco also worked well. We had everything we needed.

We could not get the tv working but because it was not so important for us (who wants to watch tv in Split when the weather is excellent?) we did not ask the host about it.

The location was amazing, right in the middle of everything to do in Split. The room was nice and cool, even after the AC was turned off, due to the stone walls and how it was set into the ground. It was 35 C for our stay, so this was a lifesaver. The original stone walls also make it look very nice inside. There is a beautiful little courtyard where the host often is, with her family apartment up above, and she's very available.

I think the hot water is shared between all of the apartments, since we arrived home one evening to find that there was no hot water for a shower. Also, despite the quiet hours being posted at 10 pm, the group staying in the other apartment was extremely loud until about 1 am. I don't mind noise from the outside, but they were particularly obnoxious - if you want to go out in Split, there are plenty of bars you can hang out at that aren't your ho(s)tel. I don't particularly blame the host, since I imagine she may have to confront groups like this a lot, but it was the one damper on our stay.

Location was perfect and owner was providing us helpful tips of the area when we arrived. Bathroom was a bit small but it's doable. Room was clean and location was perfect.

Wish it has some comforter blankets. But it was fine. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is super clean and the instructions to arrive to the place very clear.

Unfortunately there wasn't like a common area as the picture showed, the communication was very less with the person in charge, maybe because of the language, and there was a lot of noise already at 7 am. I would like to have some recommendations for dinner or places to visit, here wasn't the place.

The location is in the core. 2 mins walk to the old town. 5 mins walk to the hiking. Can easily do in and out of the place!

There is no parking, I wouldn’t say I didn’t like. When you stay at a location like this, it’s wouldn’t be there. Though the parking is available everywhere.

Stayed for 1 night during our travels to Croatia, these apartments are central, but on a side street, a few minutes walk away from everything you need, so very quiet. Well equipped, clean and comfortable, good WiFi signal, good shower, good air conditioning.

Location was perfect! A short walk from the centre but I still consider it part of the city centre. Restaurants around the area were better than the actual city centre as they were more affordable and/or authentic. Communication with the host was easy and they were accommodating. We left a shirt at the place but was able to go back and get it from them a few days later, they kept it safe and was easy to arrange the pick up. Place was clean and comfortable, great for a short stay!

Everything was clean on arrival, Antonetta was extremely polite and friendly. she took time to share a few key spots to look out for as well as recommended a couple of eating spots.

The 2 single beds felt extremely thin, don’t roll fitting your sleep, you’ll fall off. No change of sheets during our stay, but to be honest if we REALLY needed then changed, I’m sure Antonetta would have done this for us.
