Hotel is really great. superb location, good sized rooms, mini bar and air-con. Bathrooms could probably do with an upgrade but are really nothing to complain about. the furniture in the rooms is a little sparse and pillows seems to be rationed but it was all high quality nonetheless. the breakfast voucher to go to bokeri local restaurant was brilliant. the food there is excellent and its very close. it would b e easier if you could just turn up and say your room or name (hotel could supply them a list of names) but its a small and minor inconvenience.

I think the price is a little high for a hotel with no real central space or restaurant and no real feeling of being in a hotel. It feels more like an Airbnb style stay. however if it was an Airbnb it would be 10/10. also I think 10.00am check out is a little early. 11am would be more helpful.

The location of this place is unreal! Wherever we would wander in Split, it was always so easy to find, popping up around a corner! It was so handy and amazing to be right in the thick of it all! I thought it might be noisy at night but the windows were great at blocking sound. Our family room was very spacious. The communication from the hotel was fantastic and they were so helpful with any questions I had. The staff whilst we were there were very efficient and helpful and our room was cleaned every morning.

Very little! The only thing was that the sofa bed was quite thin, it was fine for my 10 year old, but would have been too uncomfortable for us or our teen. Also, would have liked more chairs.

The location is perfect to explore old town while also being convenient to the bus station. It was cleaned daily and spotless for the duration of my stay. Staff were polite and helpful. Note that this is more like a serviced apartment so there aren’t many hotel services however the value for money is great and it met all of my needs.

Everything was good for the price point. The only issue was I booked a driver to collect me from the airport (via hotel) and they didn’t show up. The driver tried to say it was me who was in the wrong, although he had my flight details so it would be easy enough for him to ensure he was there at the right time. Thankfully the hotel didn’t try to argue and took responsibility immediately, offering an apology, financial reimbursement and I believe they may have upgraded my room also. I was thankful for this as there’s nothing worse than poor customer service. In this case, the hotel did a great job at fixing the problem. Thank you!

The hotel was on main square, very convenient to all restaurants and attractions. The hotel was beautiful and room and bathroom was adequate. They had an elevator and even though you could not drive to the hotel entrance because it's located in pedestrian area, it was very close to taxi/uber.

We had a problem with the safe that was not resolve until the next day. We also only got oe pillow each and were told that the hotel did not have any available pillows until the next day. The brekafast was not in the hotel, but we got vouchers to go the restaurant.

its actually 1 floor of this building - the other floors are other "hotels" - not sure why 1 company hasn;t consolidated them all its not at all obvisous where the entrance is - the signage is a roughly 1 foot square plaque at the top if the doorsill just before you enter the square the offsite parking is in an extremely cramped underground garage - our 9 person van was a no-go, but we didn;t determine that until i was close to stuck 2 levels down

Excellently located in the heart of the old town making it easy to walk everywhere. Pleasant rooms with very comfortable and large beds and a lovely big shower in the en-suite. Reception staff members were all very helpful. Breakfast was not served at the hotel (which is essentially just bedrooms and a small reception area) but there are plenty of breakfast options nearby.

The entrance is difficult to find if you don't know where to look

Large Spacious room with good air conditioning. Large bathroom with excellent shower. Despite central location it was very quiet. Location is brilliant being 10 metres from the main square on the edge of Diocletian's Palace. Pricey but worth it for convenience. Only 5 minute walk from taxi drop off pointy (central area is pedestrianised) Easy to find and hotel sent good directions

Would have appreciated a second chair or small sofa to lay put clothes etc

The room and hotel are absolutely gorgeous and located in a perfect part of town. It is central to everything and right next to delicious breakfast spots. The family room exceeded our expectations. Would come back!

The staff was polite but not too friendly. I didn't appreciate that she said that we needed to pick up our luggage by a certain time because she switched shifts. This hotel should be able to watch bags 24/7 with no problem - especially with how nice it is. My one complaint! The rest was gorgeous.

The location was spot on - right in the middle of town. Although you could hear people out in the streets/restaurants by 23.30 everyone was heading home. A taxi can not get to the hotel (no vehicles allowed) so bare that in mind when you are booking. Its not far too walk - 5 mins maximum but with luggage and you don't know where you are going :)

Nothing to dislike

The hotel was in the heart of the old town, it couldn’t be more convenient, everything in the surrounding area is about a 2-4 min walk which is perfect. The room it self had a very posh and boutique feel to it, you can get great views from the windows. The shower we had was incredible. The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early for free. Please note if your checking in and have a lot of luggage I recommend the lift, the reception is on the 3rd floor
