Super friendly/helpful staff. Great value for money. Fantastic breakfast, lots of choices, includes a hot beverage & fresh fruit juice. Great pool & clean. Room cleaned everyday. Comfortable private seating area outside your room. Pool towels provided. Mosquito net in the room. Laundry service available for an additional price. Great location to the beach. They also own Zipp Bar right on the beach & for staying at Molah Gili Villa you can get a discount on food.

Would suggest having a water refill station for guests but thats it!

Currently still 4 villas around a pool plus 2 upstairs with a nice large room,good breakfast and very friendly staff.Location and atmosphere was quiet, some side-streets away from the ferry harbour off the busy beach hustle offering a nice view over rooftops from.upstairs .Hosts own also a large fish bbq restaurant on the beachfront called Zipp which gives 15 percent off the BBQ fish price for guests from Molah Villa.The food is excellent there but a bit pricier than others around.

The 2 upstairs rooms with terrace were hard to get to, with difficult high steps up some 10 stairs. The outside area upstairs was beautiful but no airflow so very hot to hang around.Our bathroom.in our upstairs room had a massive pipe problem,toilet and shower.were leaking when used. We asked but no fix. Sadly 4 new units were built during our stay causing wood stain smell and sanding noises impacting relaxation.

We were debating whether to rate this place 9 or 10, but considering the price compared to other options in the area, it deserves a full 10. It’s affordable yet very comfortable, and the value is excellent. The location is great — close to the port and the east coast, where you can spot turtles. There's also a beach bar just across the road, where sunbeds are free for Molah Villa guests. The pool area is lovely and well maintained, with plenty of greenery that creates a peaceful oasis from the sun. There are always a few sunbeds in the shade, which we really appreciated. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:30 and was consistently nice — I especially recommend the banana pancake; it’s thick, filling, and delicious. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with refreshing welcome drinks, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. They can also arrange snorkeling trips if needed, which is super convenient.

A few small downsides: There was nearby construction during our stay, which disrupted the peaceful morning atmosphere. Of course, this is out of their control, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. A small hand towel in the bathroom would be useful for drying hands. We stayed four nights, and the towels started to feel overused. A fresh set of towels and a quick bathroom clean after two days would go a long way — especially since sand builds up quickly. The bathroom is very basic (with some limescale), which didn’t really bother us, but the toilet flush was very slow, which did get a bit annoying. Having a water refill station on site would be a great addition — both for guests and for reducing plastic waste.

Oh my gosh we loved this little oasis. The photos do not do it justice. The plants everywhere provide privacy and shade. The rooms are well thought out and super clean. They make your room up each day. The staff are fantastic and super attentive, remembering everyone’s names and even offering our guests a cup of tea when they came to visit. We loved our time here and did not want to leave. I love that is it Indonesian owned also as many of the places on Gili Air are being bought up by French and other foreigners. Cannot rate Molah high enough. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for having us.

No WiFi although there was damage to communication lines on the island. Some paths leading to the villa after rain were flooded

The rooms were so lovely and clean. It felt very homely, and we could have happily stayed longer. The pool was lovely. Great location. 5 minutes walk to the main street and two mins to the beach. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast on our terrace sofa every morning.

The bathroom taps we getting a bit run down. They also had construction going on throughout our stay from about 8:30-5pm so there were lots of banging and drilling on the roofs. We didn't mind much as we were out all of the day most of the time.

The position super close to the beach, the pool and the staff availability, also the room was completely new (the little cottage has probably been built this year)

There is no net in the bathroom and just an open window, so all the mosquitos can enter. Please put a net! Also the breakfast was not very abundant, you can just chose one option of the few available.

Good location and able to rent bikes from the villa so can easily cycle all over the island in minutes. Watched sunset each night then cycled back in the dark and felt safe. Villa on the sunrise side of the island so able to easily watch sunrise at lovely cafes then come back for a great breakfast! Hosts were super friendly and kind. Felt very comfortable and welcome. Really clean and comfortable room. Lovely pool area and super green and beautiful with all the plants. Everything was perfect.

Nothing that I didn't like but just a really easy swap would be reusable straws for drinks and swapping out the single use plastic pots of butter and jam for little bowls from a larger block/jar. But they do have refillable soap and shampoo dispensers which is great.

Beautiful clean Bungalows with outdoor hot shower. I loved my balcony with nice view around the area. Very comfortable bed. Ac works good and you have a little fridge. Very friendly people and nice breakfast. It's only 5min walk to the east beach with lots of coral, 10 min walk from the habour. The streets are a bit broken, but that's the everywhere on the island. Great place to eat near by its called "Aura bowls" and they have great Curries, smoothie Bowls and Padthai. veggie or with meat.

The neighbor was burning something every afternoon. So you get smoked when you are there ;) but just try not to be there at this time and it's all good

The rooms was very big and beautiful, air conditioning was working very well, staff were amazing and very helpful, the place was located close to beach and the main street, the pool was clean and the environment was cozy! Definitely would love to come back!

You have to accept that, besides of other guests, there’s a whole family with small kids and their pets living there too. The cats were using the stones around the pool as tray which caused a bad smell around the pool, as it wasn’t removed. Our toilet flush wasn’t working very well, which was very uncomfortable. The staff told us that it could be fixed, but nothing really happened, thus you had to use the water from the shower to flush. But - we would still come back at any time!
