The room was comfortable and spacious with a fridge for fresh milk with tea and coffee. Quality toiletries and fluffy towels and dressing gowns were provided . There was also an ironing board, iron and hairdrier. Also a fan for hot weather. The meals in the bar were of generous portions and freshly prepared. Staff were friendly, helpful and competent. There is good parking and outside seating in the garden. There are good views from the garden and rooms to the rear of the property. The hotel is conveniently near the main street in Peebles.

The bathroom window was a bit draughty . There was an over the bath shower. A walk- in shower would be easier and safer .

Great location for both Peebles town centre and Glentress mountain bike centre. Very friendly staff, great breakfast and very nice coffee shop/bakery on site. Room was not massive but was comfortable, quiet, and with a good shower. We had one of the cheaper rooms (view of the car park and some hills) but we did not mind as it was winter. In summer I think the rooms with a view would be worth the extra. We did not use the Hydro facilities but it’s a great option for those that want a swim or spa

The EV charger was not working (not a real issue as a cheap but slower one was working a minutes drive away).

A lovely hotel with a traditional Scottish vibe. Love the public rooms. Comfortable, smart bedroom. Great location. Great staff. Friendly. A nice bar with food. Lovely, tasty and high quality breakfast. Pretty, Scottish garden for guests. Plenty of places to sit and read a book. Extremely clean. Prompt and thorough housekeeping. You can use the nearby Hydro for activities and the leisure centre.

Eating in the bar, with a non-changing menu. I'd have liked the other rooms to be used for meals. Not mad keen on the shower, as very hot but not enough cold coming through. Minor quibbles though.

We have stayed here before and really loved it. We love Peebles very much. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and tidy. It is great you get the option to use the pool at the Hydro. It's a small hotel but very light and airy. We like the quirky oldie worldie decor in the main parts.

The room wasn't as nice as one we stayed in before. Far too small and bed/pillows not that comfortable and small for 2 people. The shower was very difficult to get a good temperature on, either scolding or cold. Deffinately opt for a room at the back of the hotel as the views are stunning and the rooms are better.

The Park Peebles is a lovely country hotel with a relaxed friendly atmosphere. The bus to Edinburgh is right next to the hotel and the drive is majestic with beautiful scenery. Breakfast was substantial and full breakfast could be made to order. The town of Peebles itself has a selection of places to eat and lovely country Scottish shops. The River Tweed is a lovely backdrop to the town itself. Recommend this hotel highly. Thank you to The Park for a delightful stay!

Room was lovely, spacious, and clean, comfy bed also. Loved that we got to use facilities at the hydro and the breakfast was really good. The quirky museum like pieces scattered throughout the hotel were fascinating. The fact it was a hop, skip and a jump to all the lovely shops and Riverside walk.

We felt that there were a few little areas that looked tired and could do with a little attention, ie, worn seat upholstery on bench at breakfast and maybe a little eye to details to make hallways to rooms a little less bland and to be more in keeping with the rest of the hotel that has personality.

The check in experience was seamless with extremely professional staff. The hotel room was a great size with an extremely comfortable bed and a large functional bathroom with a bath. The breakfast was excellent with a continent buffet and personal service for cooked options. Staff were very friendly and professional. We had drinks in the elegant bar that was very cosy on a cold, wet evening. The staff made it a personal experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. Close to town (we ate in town for dinner). Would thoroughly recommend this beautiful, well appointed property.

Location excellent, breakfast good although can only comment on toast and cereal as didn’t have cooked breakfast. Hotel was nice a quiet too. All the staff were nice , friendly and helpful .

Had evening meal, was very greasy. Sweet portions extremely small , if we stayed again we’d eat out. This was the only thing that let the hotel down.

The staff, particularly at reception, we're absolutely lovely. Really well located in Peebles, and just a short drive into Edinburgh which was perfect for us. Delicious breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, and all very dog friendly! We'll definitely be coming back.

The room could've been a bit cleaner, mainly just a bit dusty but I appreciate we were probably in one of the pet-friendly rooms which are harder to keep on top of! Water temperature in the shower was a bit temperamental, but okay once you got used to it.

It was very close to the Main Street . There was a nice garden to enjoy your pre dinner drink.

Nothing to not like about it. One small thing was the room we had ticked on booking.com was not available so we were given a different room which was smaller and had a side view not a view to the back hills. Though booking.com did give us the chance to cancel. We went ahead after speaking to a member of staff.
