Everything was very clean and tidy with space for getting ready. The bathroom is very big for getting ready too and has a lot of space and also space to store your toiletries. We both particularly enjoyed the big bathtub for a nice bubble bath. Our room which we stayed in was a well-lit room with a very comfortable bed. There was also plenty of tea and coffee and fresh milk each morning. My sister and I both traveled from Ayrshire and Glasgow and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and slept very well. Hosts explained very well the day before about how to get to the property which was very useful as we had never been to Biggar before. It is just steps from the main street in Biggar and very central location. Both Charles and Janey were very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. We were attending a wedding and they provided us with info about taxis, use of iron/ steamer for our dresses if we wished and gave us a key for coming in late from the wedding. Last but not least, breakfast was lovely with the choice of cereal, granola, yogurt, different types of bread, jam/marmalade, and croissants. We had breakfast each morning which we really enjoyed and also got to chat with our hosts during breakfast which was lovely. Fantastic value for money. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay over.

There wasn't anything to dislike about this property. It was a great stay and we would love to come back.

Very warm welcome by Charles, nice well appointed room and didn't feel I needed to lock my room, felt like home from home. The cottage is a very short distance to good pubs serving food and also a restaurant. Breakfast was Continental, and had a nice chat with Charles, had all I needed to eat but there was more if I wanted it. Very happy to recommend No4 and will stay again when next overnight in Biggar

Nothing, had everything I needed and was well looked after

Lovely room with plenty of light and very comfy bed. Excellent location for everything in Biggar, right next to plenty of free parking. Breakfast was good. Our bathroom was separate but only down the corridor and robes were provided. Wish we'd booked for two nights rather than one as where we stayed the next day wasn't as nice!

As we were staying for a wedding it would have been good to have a full length mirror in the room but it wasn't a big problem!

The welcome was so warm and pleasant. We were informed of everything we needed to know. Shown to our room and bathroom,clean & bright large room. We given a key so we could come and go as we pleased. The bed was clean & comfortable. Good night's sleep was had by both my mum and me. Continental breakfast was lovely and had a nice chat with the owner.

Breakfast was a continental breakfast, which was a choice of cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, toast, croissant, jam etc. Tea or coffee. The bedroom was lovely, and so was the Private bathroom.

The property itself was lovely, with lovely hosts. There was just some slight noise coming from outside, next door, an air conditioning unit humming all night?!

superb location and the room was immaculate and comfortable. Very spacious bathroom and a great shower. Charles the owner was exceptional and couldn't do enough to make my stay as perfect as possible and he's also great for a chat too. couldn't rate highly enough.

absolutely perfect, last minute stay for work and a little gem it was. Charles was brilliant. everything you need and more.and with being in Scotland the Tunnock caramel wafers we’re just a nice treat in the room. great location with a nice pub 1 min away. overall just perfect

Charles is a friendly and warm host, and he and his wife made us feel welcome. The property is exceptionally clean and tidy and the room was comfortable and warm. It’s location was central and perfect for our visit. Charles served a beautiful breakfast in the morning with lots of choice.

It was a great find just off the high street of Biggar. Lovely little house with lovely hosts. Had your own private bathroom right next door and your privacy was of the utmost importance. Continental breakfast in morning was great, hosted by Charles who was lovely.

Well presented, central location. Charles left fresh milk outside the door in the morning so I could have a coffee while getting ready. Iron and ironing board were available. Breakfast was excellent. Comfy bed. Lovely shower. All in all a 5* stay.
