Wonderful location walking distance to Heavenly Valley Base Camp for skiing. Good access to town and Heavenly Village. Townhome was large and easily fit our group. Good communication with staff.

Townhome is dated but we knew that when renting it.

It was just the two of us and the master bedroom was comfortable and adequate for our stay.

That there was no air conditioning, other than that it was quite comfortable.

Karen had great customer service and good communication which made things super easy and comfortable. The place itself was good, nice and cozy and great location for a lot of beaches and food around. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for some nice and quiet areas with plenty to view.

No air conditioning- it got warm this summer!! Lots of fans helped. Full size stocked kitchen.

Was across the street from Heavenly, was able to walk to the ski resort. Was within 10 minutes of driving to Casinos & Heavenly’s gondola, and restaurants

We had a great time staying here, house was spacious and comfortable, meeting all our needs. We arrived late and the staff was very helpful and accommodating making the check in process flawless. Prefect location for skiers, 5min walk (literally) from the lifts. Convenient parking for 2 cars

Everything seemed fine except the carpet. it was pretty dirty . I couldn’t walk without my shoes on once I saw my daughter’s socks after a few minutes her being without her shoes .it was dirty mainly in the leaving room and stairs going to the second floor . Also the kitchen towels need to be replaced , they are so old and stained.

great location (5 min walk to the lifts), spacious apartment with all amenities, easy communication we will come back!

only things that could be improved: there is no shampoo in the bathrooms, and the shower pressure was bot great

Quiet place and well equipped , clean bathrooms and very confortable beds.

They need to dust more the blinds .

The townhouses are right next to Heavenly, very comfortable, decently equipped and spacious. 3 restrooms and a hottub to top it off. Very comfortable and accommodating!!

Heating wasnt even on the top floor, master bedroom stayed warmer than the double room. Asked for late check out and never got a response.... (we did ask late at night on the night before checkout... but any response, even in the AM would have been nice). We ended up leaving on time.
