This location was SUPER close to the outdoor arena. We were attending a concert and it was like a 5 minute walk. The room was pretty spacious! The lighting in the room was pretty low but we made it work. It was very quiet and no issues. Checking in was pretty straight forward. The poor woman who was there had all of her help leave and was doing it all herself. But she was able to get our room ready by 430. The location the our concert was awesome! And the beach is a short walk as well from the room.

The beds weren't very comfortable. But really can't complain for the location and the price.

Site manager super helpful answering all our queries , as we didn't have a car she kindly stowed luggage for us pre check in etc. Location is fantastic, Handy walk to everything you need. Room was clean and we were provided with toiletries for every day of our stay unlike alot of places who just leave you one set, we would happily stay again. Thanks again to the manager for helping us with local info to all our queries !

This was the cheapest priced accommodation I could find in Stateline/Southlake so I was worried it might be bad, but was pleasantly surprised. It is clean, handy and good value, it is a no frills experience the beds are comfy but just have a thin blanket, shower could have had better pressure and sometimes get noise from neighboring rooms. However we stayed in 4 places over 3 wks in the area and definitely found the best value here.

A good stay. Typical motel where everything worked. Clean and efficient. The motel is near the main strip for restaurants. However the local Safeway to buy breakfast goods is a couple of miles away - need transport to get there. Motel is also a couple of blocks to beach. However beach here is paying.

Check in is difficult for non-US people without a US SIM on phone as check-in details are by phone just before checking in time. Check-in time at 1600 is late - would be nicer at 1500. We rang in the morning to explain we would not be able to receive text messages details for checking in and would need WiFi to get email. The last was there for us when we arrived so this helped enormously.

Beds were comfortable and the room was bigger than expected. Check-in was super easy. I really liked the neighborhood it was in. There’s lots of motels and you can walk to the beach. The pictures I attached her from the beach that’s just a few minutes walk from the motel. And if you get in the car, there’s plenty of restaurants and heavenly village is really close by. it’s not a super fancy hotel but for the price and a cheap place to stay it was way better than I expected. Will definitely stay again.

Don’t stress out if you complete the pre-check in and continue to get a lot of text messages reminding you to do it. I got so many that I got anxious that I had missed something and wound up calling to try and make sure my reservation was gonna be held. I had a lot of trouble getting people on the phone, although they do warn you that the staff isn’t always present. Eventually, I did get a hold of somebody and they confirmed that I had already completed my check in and nothing else was needed. When I got there, the manager was on site and he was super helpful. The lady that works there got us into our room and gave us some tips and Was absolutely delightful. So just don’t stress if you’ve done the pre-check in and you get a lot of text messages before your stay.

The hotel is clean. The person who gave us extra towels was kind and let us in even though my code didn't work. There were only two things I didn't like, but everything else was excellent. We had a good time.

What I didn't like was the light coming through the windows in the front door. The light from the outdoor spotlights comes in through the window and disrupts sleep. The refrigerator is noisier than usual and is also a bit annoying. Thank you for your attention. We hope to book again in July.

Good location, easy walk to the central, Gondola etc. The room was huge, almost a ball-room besides the large bed. Other than below it was very good. They also offered very discounted Beach vouchers which was a nice touch.

The check-in arrangement is not easy to navigate if you do not have network. The bed frame was metal and cushioning between the frame elements were missing or worn, so moving about could be noisy. The bath drain was blocked.

We were in a triple queen bed room which was clean and had nice firm mattresses. The heating system worked well and most importantly was quiet not an old and noisy AC that won’t let you sleep. In general the whole place was quiet facing a small traffic free street while at the same time in close proximity to the main street and the Gondola. I would stay here again.

Check- in instructions did not arrive on time and I had to call to ask for the code to be send to me.

Location was great, the room had everything I needed, bed was comfortable, it was quiet at night, parking included, close to a private beach that you get a voucher for $5 vs $30 entry. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Only good things to say and will definitely stay here again!

The only thing I would suggest for the cleaning crew is to mop the floors. They were a little dirty. Otherwise, had a great stay!

Very good south lake/stateline motel. Location is great--walking distance to ski lifts, shuttles, shopping, restaurants, etc. Property(room) was clean, good bathroom, good beds, enough storage, and good updates with furnishings. And most of all, pricing was great.

Not much to seriously complain about.

The bed & pillows were very comfortable, the room was clean. I really appreciate that when the remodel was done the floor is a non carpeted surface. The bathroom was clean and nicely remodeled. It was a quiet night's rest and the price was excellent. We had a corner room which was great for quietness but contributed I think to one of the things I didn't like.

Our window faced the windows of some condos or apartments, The bedside lamp was an artsy lamp made to seem like an old-fashioned incandescent light which flickered slightly & one wall was painted a very vibrant pink and purple zigzag pattern both of these could be problematic for a guest with seizure disorder.
