The hotel and room were so beautiful, wish that we could have stayed for more than just one night. While we didn’t get to use the majority of the services, their availability was impressive and I intend to take full advantage the next time around.

The view from our balcony was of the rooftop hot tubs, which in and of themselves are really cool features, but having that as a view was strange. The bar soap in the bathroom also made me very very itchy, the provided toiletries were cheap quality (or felt like it.) When we went to check out and have our car called back, we waited a long time and I finally noticed my car parked on the street, I alerted the attendant that my car was parked in the street and she was also confused and didn’t realize it was already pulled up. It was strange that my vehicle wasn’t pulled into the loading zone, but rather left parked in the street.

The staff was nice and professional. The Location was perfect for us, walking distance from restaurants and the aquarium. Our room was clean.

I didn’t appreciate that. I was not informed beforehand, children are not allowed on the top terrace(which is the spa). There was a few people in the Jacuzzi and it was just my baby and I overlooking the ocean while we sat by the fire. My baby was not being disruptive at all, but we were asked to leave because there’s “drinking allowed” and “I” shouldn’t want to have my baby around “drunk people”. But children are allowed in the lobby area where there’s alcohol allowed as well? I was told I could go to the Terrace on the second floor, which is were our room was located anyway. No nice views or fireplace but there was a pool/jacuzzi.

This hotel is everything. From the moment we walked in and were hit with the most phenomenal driftwood scent, to the literal tears I shed when we had to leave, I loved every minute. We were celebrating a special occasion and received a complimentary bottle of sparkling cider (we don’t drink alcohol). The hot tub on the rooftop is to die for, the beds are heavenly, and the coffee in the room rivals Starbucks (our room had a Nespresso machine). We walked all over cannery row and didn’t have to pay to park because we chose to valet at the hotel. 50 bucks a day seemed like a lot until I realized the nearest parking garage was 25 a day without in and out privileges. Anytime we had questions (and as first time “nice hotel people” we had a lot) they were answered promptly, accurately and kindly. Even sitting in the lobby with the astounding views of the ocean was a delight. We will most certainly be back.

I have no complaints. Everything was magical.

Most employees were excellent and always cheerful. Front desk worked with me to get a room with a tub when our original room didn’t have one.

A few housekeepers near the bathrooms downstairs from spa rolled their eyes when we got on an elevator that I guess they are told not to get on when a guest gets on. Hot tubs were not working on two occasions though when we requested service they were quick about fixing them. I expected more from spa personnel rather than just being out in a lounge for 30 minutes doing nothing with no extra services.

I liked the room; the only thing missing was a fan in the bathroom, which is quite important to have. Everything else was immaculate, tidy, and beautiful. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurants, but I noticed the beautiful atmosphere. They have an ocean view that gives off a relaxing vibe. The spa was amazing, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi on the 5th level with an ocean view. The gym is the most gorgeous I’ve ever seen, facing the ocean and letting you watch the waves while working out. I can say this hotel was stunning and possibly cheaper than other hotels in the area that don’t offer as much. It's within walking distance to everywhere: the wharf, Cannery Row shops, the aquarium, and the grocery store. The hotel only has valet parking, but it’s safe. Big or lifted trucks won’t fit, but a Jeep would make it.

We needed a fan in the bathroom, and it would have been nice to have 3 sets of towels and 3 robes for the jacuzzi. However, we only had 2 sets of towels and 2 robes. We requested a third robe, which was provided, and in the end, we were fine with the amount of towels.

Room was very nice and clean. All the staff we interacted with were exceptional. Had 3 meals at the restaurant and room service once. Food/service were excellent. I would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom was a little surprising. But it didn't really affect our stay.

We ordered room service which came quickly. Also, the beds are very comfortable with the bedding that you use. We wanted to eat at the tides however the menu was so limited, you should offer at least one chicken dish.

We didn’t like the coffee in the room, I would prefer more of a traditional coffee. Also at the front desk, you had many items for sale, but there was no price list. You could easily put a card with all the items and their prices on an easel for easy price changes. I had to ask the desk clerk and I wanted to know prices on a lot of things which would’ve save me a lot of time and him had I just been able to see a price sheet. He couldn’t even find one item and he had to go one by one to look them up.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Felt welcomed and cozy when we were in for the night. Great location, near food and activities without the need to get our car for getting around. Will definitely stay in the future.

Nothing disappointed me about the stay itself. My only concern was the phishing emails and texts notifications I was receiving from booking the hotel through booking.com. They mentioned that my reservation was going to be cancelled and yet I had already checked in and made a large payment. Those were alarming.

Beautiful facility right on the water's edge. conveniently located near everything. We took advantage of the free bike rental and road bikes everywhere instead of driving. Hot tubs on the roof are amazing.

Parking is $43 a night and it's not optional if you show up with a car. Your other option is to park on the street. Since this is California and everyone will show up with a car this should just be part of the nightly room rate. EV charging is a flat fee of $20. It should be based on watts used.

I really liked my accommodations, the room was clean, comfortable and my partial ocean view was great.

I booked a 90 minute massage for 1:30 pm. The massage therapist came and got me at 1:45 pm which was 15 minutes late and it ended at 3:19pm which was not 90 minutes. I ate at the Schooner Landing restaurant and ordered a New York strip steak that I ordered medium well and it was extremely tough. I let the server know and ordered a different cut which was a ribeye steak I ordered medium well and that was undercooked and tough. For the price, I did not enjoy my dinner at all.
