This place is absolutely amazing. The location is unparalleled with the most epic views. Secure feeling upon arrival. Front reception is so welcoming. The room was a suite in the central building and is great. Decor and space exceeded my expectations. While there were lots and lots walking and lots and lots of stairs throughout the property they were appreciated and allowed me to see so much of the beautiful creation. The spa is incredible and perfect. Not overwhelming with dry and steam saunas, jacuzzi and ice treatment. The pool area is stunning and the staff were so nice. I had a lemon tree outside of my room. The Beach House restaurant and staff did not disappoint! The fish was amazing

Feedback: Breakfast was a bit disorganized. One server took my order but never brought it. Seems i was forgotten. The formal restaurant was quite inflexible in accommodations for dinner. They said they were full but had numerous empty tables. Also the WiFi and phone reception make working and even phone calls challenging. This is important to guests. I hope this can be worked on. Please add. Netflix to the bedroom TV as well.

Great location. Loved taking water taxi into positano town. Great pool area and fantastic pool staff. Also amazing beCh club area at bottom of cliff.

Perhaps a little run down. Long way down to beach club in inclinator..: long wait sometimes.

After four days on the road, it was wonderful to return to this hotel after nine years and still find Sonia on reception(!), ably accompanied by Melania, who were both very welcoming and kind. We spent a fabulous six days at Le Agavi, soaking in the fantastic views and enjoying the superb facilities on offer. Nothing was too much bother for the staff, who were all extremely courteous and polite. Breakfast on the terrace each morning, listening to two accomplished musicians, was excellent, and the seven course dinner, with matching wines, was a wonderful Birthday treat! As far as we are concerned, there is no better place to stay on the Amalfi - we shall definitely be returning!

Nothing - it was all superb!

Everything!! The property itself is exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations. The views are absolutely surreal, the location was perfect and all of the facilities are the absolute best in Positano. The pool was great, but the real standout was the beach. We loved the direct access into the water, the sea taxi to get to town as well as the beach front restaurant. A buzzer for cocktails while you sunbathe overlooking the ocean, need I say more? The staff were just incredible, they made our stay incredibly special and went above and beyond for us at all times. The food at all the restaurants were 10/10! The rooms were perfect, very luxurious and clean. Beautiful bathrooms and views so gorgeous we almost wanted to stay in the room all day. They are very thoughtful with the toiletries too, including toothbrushes and shaving kits which we really appreciated.

First, the door of the room was without any insulation. Any sound in the corridor, no matter what you hear, is as if it were in the room Corridor lighting enters from all directions of the door The room is very small, and unlike the terrace, which is larger than the room for two people with a child, it will be difficult for the family I think the topic of paying for scrambled eggs is inappropriate They provide free transportation and charge money for the eggs And the endless stairs during any movement inside the hotel. I do not know how this will be for the elderly or people with special needs, as well as mothers who have a baby stroller or those who suffer from a health problem such as knees or vertebrae.

Hotel Le Agavi, located a few kilometres before the center of Positano gives you some of the best views on the city (from the restaurant, from your room, from the beach club). Service is impeccable, staff is very helpful, professional and caring. Facilities are great, rooms are big, well decorated and very welcoming. The beach club, accessible via the funicular is the cherry on the cake.

We had a fantastic suite. We received an upgrade to a one-bedroom suite with a spectacular view. Our friends were placed in a junior suite next to us, which allowed us to enjoy the experience of Positano together. The rooms, and especially the outside deck and balcony, were spacious and clean. The pool area was excellent, with friendly and personable staff. Great fitness room overlooking the ocean. It is truly situated in the best location in Positano. The shuttle service was worth the price of having to valet our car.

When we booked the hotel, there was no mention of the Remmesse Beach House being shut down for the season on the day of our arrival. We were disappointed that we had no access to the beach, despite the Beach House being one of the main reasons we chose to stay at the property. The breakfast was also relatively poor for a 5-star hotel, especially the scrambled eggs.

The location is a little further away of the positano, but there is a super shuttle service which takes you back and forth. All the staff are so helpful and so nice always with a smile. The rooms are clean and comfortable and good size with a stunning view.

The only thing that I can sa is the lift system that it did not work a couple of times that you need to use the stairs all the way up which is a little difficult.

Not only were the staff and amenities first class, but the views were breathtaking and the location couldn’t be beat. A shuttle is available to take you into town and that made for an easy and fun experience. Their restaurant is Michelin Starred and absolutely lives up to it with their excellent menu. All of the food was so good! Will definitely be coming back in the future.

The property is amazing. The staff are wonderful. The view is incredible! By far the favourite hotel we stayed in during our entire Italy vacation.

It was a little far from the centre of Positano so it was difficult to walk into town. The road is narrow, steep and busy so not too pedestrian friendly. But the hotel provides a free shuttle that goes to town every hour.
