The hotel and its location are both excellent. However, I experienced some inconvenience during my stay. Due to a leak, I was asked to move to another room in the middle of the day, which I understood, but the process took up a significant part of my day with packing and unpacking. Unfortunately, no upgrade or compensation was offered for the disruption, and I ended up on a different floor from my family, which was disappointing. Additionally, I was surprised to see a tip of nearly 200 euros added to my bill at checkout. Given the already high room rate and city tax, I believe tipping should remain optional and at the guest’s discretion—not added in a way that feels pressured.

Location near the Vatican. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice staff with one exception.

The older fellow on the desk around 1:30-2:00 pm October 1. We originally arrived at the desk at 9:30 am and checked our luggage. Young man at the desk was very nice. Checked our passports and credit card. Told us our room was second on the list to be cleaned. Check back in about two hours. When we came back the older man was telling a guest that no rooms were ready. When I stepped up and gave my name the man seemed aggravated and said no rooms were available and that we would be called. Did not even check the computer. My roommate stepped up and pressed him on the issue. He said our room was available after looking at the computer. Was quite unnecessary to go through all that.

The property was lovely and clean and rooms spacious. The staff were very friendly and most helpful as required. The only issue we felt was the restaurant food (particularly breakfast) had very limited options, particularly for the hot food of which needs improvement. Even the food we had for dinner was quite “bland” in taste if compared to the many local restaurants in the area. All else was fine.

The bar/lounge was nice, bartender friendly and quality drinks. Rooms were nice and a good size especially for Italy/Europe. Front desk staff is super -- friendly, willing to help and responsive. Location is perfect, just a short walk to the Vatican down a nice, safe street with other restaurants along the route. Looks like there are a good mix of tourists and folks on business travel. When we return to Rome, we'll stay here again.

We had breakfast in the restaurant one morning only. It's a little pricey, and the food was okay -- but we ended up looking for a more local place to enjoy a simpler breakfast of bread and cafe. Wish our view was a little better than looking at the apartment building across the street.

The hotel is perfectly located for those who want to concentrate on seeing both the Vatican and Rome. The rooms are quite spacious and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The cleaning of the room is just perfect - the maids do their job at 5+! Soundproofing is good with the closed windows.

The breakfast is poor (only one type of cheese, croissants are "so, so", few vegetables, no porridge), and the coffee is sour and cold (especially for Italy!). Therefore, I recommend ordering a room without breakfast, and have a breakfast at the Cresci restaurant, which is just in two minutes of walk.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at your hotel! The location is perfect—close to everything we needed and offering easy access to all the best spots. The cleanliness was impeccable; the housekeeping staff did an exceptional job, and the rooms were always spotless. It was truly a magnificent experience, and we cannot thank you enough for making our vacation so special. We will be recommending your hotel to everyone we know and are already looking forward to the day we can return. Thank you for everything!

I really enjoyed the location and the vibe of the hotel, the view from the balcony was awesome. There were plenty of the places to eat around.

When I entered the room I’ve always turned off the conditioner. But turning it off didn’t change anything - the air flow didn’t stop and eventually on the 3rd day of my stay I got cold and slight fever. I’ve asked at the reception how to turn it off completely and was told that you have to wait for approximately 20 min after turning it off. Also the safe didn’t work, which I’ve pointed out at the reception and was told that mechanic will come on the next day to repair it and no one appeared :(

The location was amazing - just around the corner from the Vatican. The reception area was beautiful and the room was clean, spacious and modern. The bath was lovely!

There were quite long queues at reception, and a mandatory tip was added onto our bill which was already quite expensive. It's definitely a pricey hotel, but I guess to be expected for the location and facilities.

Great, unbeatable location for visiting Vatican sites. We stayed from May 24 to 26, 2024, a weekend. Hotel's about 5 to 7 minutes' walk to St. Peter's Square, and has nearby restaurants and pizzerias which have a lovely view of the beatiful dome of St. Peter's Basilica. Facilities are modern and outstanding, beds and airconditioning (which can be controlled in the room's panel) were comfortable. Our bathroom and bathtub combined with shower in a room for three adults were adequately sized, although the bathtub can get slippery. Caution is recommended in using the shower, and use of the shower's grab bar is also suggested when getting in and out of the shower. Breakfast wasn't lavish, but was adequate. There was a wide and satisfactory selection of breads, pastries and juices, some cereals, seeds and nuts, fruits, regular milk and lactose-free milk, about six properly warmed dishes including scrambled egg and two steamed vegetables (string beans and carrots), about five or six cold dishes including hams, salami and cheeses. The front desk and other staff are very professional and efficient. Communication in English is not a problem. There were about five different tour groups checked into the hotel during our weekend stay. There was also a cycling team checked in, participating in a Sunday bicycle race around downtown Rome. Considering the number of guests the hotel had, the staff didn't seem to miss a beat in providing the highest standards of service every time we passed through the generously sized lobby. The porters deserve special mention. When we arrived in our minivan taxi at around 10:00 pm Friday, a porter automatically stepped out to help unload our nine pieces of baggage and bring these into the hotel lobby while we checked in at the front desk, without having to be requested for help. Our bags were brought to our room five minutes after we got into our room.

Nothing.
