Everything, especially the staff and Starbucks!!!! Beautiful Hotel we chose for our Staycation. Close to EVERYTHING! Restarants, shopping, movies, etc.

It's not that I didn't like it. I loved the concept of the pool on the roof.. I just thought it was bigger. Families were constantly in it, like families of 4 and 5! so it was a little disappointing how my husband and I couldn't enjoy it. But finally, the day before we left, we saw an opportunity with it being empty and enjoyed it extremely!

My wife and I loved the room, and the view! We also loved the distance from all of the restaurants and outings. The customer service from the staff was also awesome, a young lady from the front desk assisted me with surprising my wife. She helped out with the delivery of the edible arrangement. The Starbucks and the two nice restaurants in the lobby were a huge bonus!

I requested a room with two queen-size beds, and I was pleased with the spacious accommodation and comfortable beds provided. The hotel boasts a modern décor and a staff that is both efficient and friendly. What sets this hotel apart is its unique location within an open-concept mall, surrounded by a variety of stores and restaurants, offering guests a convenient and enjoyable experience.

Details matter, so it's disappointing that I requested a wake-up call that was never received. Please keep this in mind for future reference.

New modern hotel with lots of amenities and in a great location with restaurants in the area. The staff was very friendly as well as the airport shuttle driver.

The sheets on my bed had several holes and what appeared to be ink stains. I contacted the front desk, and they immediately sent someone to change the linen.

love the suite, grand ceilings, made it feel bigger. Breakfast, a lil disappointing, we got there, after 10:00 and hot food items, were gone, had to wait on some items to be replenished. Our friends, ate elsewhere. The bartender, exceptional service!’

General location is good but you need to drive through a shopping center to get to it or a road full of potholes for 30 seconds between the smooth roads. Highpoint is the beautiful view from the pool area on the top floor. Pool is closed for the winter but you can still enjoy the panoramic view.

The facility was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff was exceptionally kind and professional. Even the shuttle drivers were both extremely friendly and the general manager as well. We flew in for a business trip and if we return to this city, we will definitely stay at this location. Thank you for a great stay.

The staff especially Helena she is warm and friendly and was extremely helpful with anything I needed during my staff! Evelyn the hotel shuttle driver was sweet and friendly as well!

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was super friendly and the facility was very clean. I love to see cleanliness outside my room. It's important to have clean hallways and elevators. It was so quiet and peaceful. This hotel was next level. We had a relaxing weekend.
