I loved the breakfast options available. Considering you are one of the only places in Canmore that offers free breakfast, it was awesome to see what type of food options you had. Will be staying at this location again in the future.

We stayed in the basement of the hotel, which is fine as we wanted to get a cheaper option for our time being spent in Canmore. The only thing I noticed is that the door that leads the the stairs to get upstairs when it slams shut is pretty loud. If you could maybe try and put a spring on the door or something, that would help it from being so loud when it shuts.

The facility is nice and clean. We were greeted with freshed baked cookies and nice cold drink when we arrived. The staff were friendly and very helpful in directing guests in the area. We had a beautiful room looking out the mountains, so relaxing. The facility has decent gym, nice pool with slide for children, hot tub and sauna. We used the hot tub after a day hiking, it was wonderful. The place provided guests with nice hot breakfast and great coffee which was awesome before we rushed to the airport next morning. Walking to town center is about 10 min, we could see lovely three sister mountains standing in front of us. The cost was a bit pricey due to peak season, but it is vacation, we don't mind to pay a little more with many benefits included.

Our stay was too short to enjoy Canmore.

Excellent location , very close to Banff national park and pretty good location with decent food options and scenic lakes and for morning hikes. Room service was great they made sure our room was clean and all towels were changed every single day , all 5 days we stayed there there was no single complaint on any amenities and breakfast was pretty decide and staff there were very kind. We are really happy with our stay!

Breakfast was good but sometimes due to many people there are not enough seats or tables and we had to wait for people to leave... Pool, hot tub, waterslide and the sauna was also really nice, only thing I can say is also sometimes too many people using it so its bit crowded. Overall all was great

Great service from Anna at reception, lovely personality and welcoming. We needed a kettle and she arranged for one. Good breakfast. Refreshing iced tea and fresh cookies available in lobby every day which my teens loved! Gym had limited machines and unfortunately no weights. Room was decent size and clean. Pool was used by teens but is probably more suited to younger kids. Good view of three sisters mountains from room window, albeit a little obscured with the lobby roof. Great restaurant options nearby (walking distance) including halal shawarma and indian place. Good amenities nearby such as petrol station, supermarket etc.

Pool could be bigger. More breakfast options. More healthy options available at breakfast such as egg whites, omelette, boiled eggs, or even halal options if possible.

The water slide was an absolute favourite for our child, such a fun feature! The staff were also lovely, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.

The swimming pool could use a proper cleaning, the water had a very strong chlorine smell and there were greenish marks above the waterline. Additionally, the breakfast quality could be improved, as the selection felt quite basic and made with very low-cost products.

The hotel is quite nice. It's located on the verge of Canmore, but you can walk to the center by foot or 5 min. drive. I liked the room - it was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. And bathroom was spacious as well. The breakfast was good - enough of everything.

My only complain would be about the breakfast room - it's too small for all the travelers who stayed in the hotel. You need to add chairs at least as there is not a lot of room for additional tables.

Great Location. Close to everything. Waterslide was a big hit with our kid. Free charging our electric car overnight was a bonus. The staff is very nice.

Breakfast was appreciated, however they could change it a day so that guests staying 1+ day can eat something different. We ate the same breakfast for 3 continuous days. A washer already had "Out of Order" on it and one of the dryer ate up a cycle's quarters, started the cycle, but did not dry clothes, ultimately we had to re do the cycle twice in the dryer next to it. The clothes still didn't dry so we had to air dry them all over our room ultimately. Can get their appliances repaired.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a good selection

The breakfast buffet and dining area was poorly organized and too small for the size of the hotel. This meant that the line was easily 10-20 minutes to select the food you wanted. The hotel also seemed somewhat worn and lacked some maintenance. one of the ice machines was not working, one of the washing machines was also out of order, the carpets on the stairs were patched with docktap, the exercise bike could not be used as the saddle was loose and could not be tightened

Our room was very clean. The breakfast couldn't be any better as the variety and quality was excellent! No carpets and no smoking was a real plus for me!

Our door stuck, and it was difficult to open and close. The bathroom vent was in dire need of cleaning, even though the bathroom was very clean. The pool and hot tub could use a scrubbing, but perhaps I'm just spoiled in the community where I live. It would have been nice to see some Canadian staff.
