The personnel were helpful, we were greeted with all necessary information and help in our stay. The service was very good, 24/7 reception and flexibility. The hotel was very quiet and private, there was a market just a few meters from the hotel, facilities were very good and clean, standard in line with expectations.

The hotel lies in a rough neighborhood. There are some sights and scenes on the way to the hotel a person would like to avoid, but we didn't run into any trouble even at night. We were hoping to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out, to enjoy the rest of our time in Dusseldorf before we headed back to the airport, but the hotel didn't offer that on that day.

The staff was very nice, the hotel looked very clean, the room was also very clean and had all the necessary, we only stayed for one night, but it was a very good decision to spend the night in Düsseldorf and in this hotel which is very close (walking distance) to the central station. Finally, the hotel was very good for the price.

The hotel was well located near to Dusseldorf train station (5 minute walk) and the rooms were very clean, secure, spacious and quiet. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is very good value for money and I would definitely stay there again if I visit Dusseldorf again.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds. We used the parking of the hotel, which was at short walking distance of the hotel. Hotel is located at walking distance from the city centre (+/- 15 mins walk). Clean room.

Nice but very basic hotel , about 20 minute work from the old city, great reception staff that helped ordering a Taxi and recommended on great restaurants

The hotel was beautifully kept and very near the train station. We could walk everywhere from that location.

Although the location was great for convenience, it wasn't the prettiest. It was a safe area.
