The location is great. 5 mins walk to the main road in Sliema which is also the seafront so you can plan the day walking the promenade or easily jump on the public transport to anywhere in Malta. The hotel itself is very quiet. There are no facilities outside of your room execpt complimentary water but if you need the tranquility it is perfect. Good little kitchenette with a microwave and cutlery, plates, etc. Hotel in general smells fresh and there is daily housekeeping. I really enjoyed my stay. Would recommend and visit again. The photos are accurate and I was highly impressed by the polite professional of the staff.

The rooms are grey themed. Perfect for sleeping but quite dark if you plan a day in. I travelled in the Winter season (Feb) which may have contributed to the darkest of the room. With that being said it is easily resolved with the overhead lighting.

It's a room with en suite and a tiny breakfast room and a receptionist who is there until 3pm daily. No bell hop, room service, concierge desk, bar or the trappings of a hotel. And it's brilliant. Our room was spacious and surprisingly luxe for the money. Compact but very comprehensive kitchenette (microwave, two induction rings, fridge, cutlery and crockery for two, coffee machine). Huge and very comfortable bed. Efficient air con which was needed as it was hot and humid outside. Tiles everywhere. Scrupulously clean. We also had a 'harem balcony' with a coffee table and a couple of tub chairs. ChromeCast on the large TV. Great position in Sliema just up the hill from the ferry and an easy hop to St Julien's. We didn't have breakfast included so only had it one day and it was a decent enough.

The hill UP from the ferry in Sliema! Nothing the hotel can do about that but it's a schlep when it's humid. Shower over the bath is not my thing. I am getting on and creaky and getting out can be very slippery. The bath also didn't drain very quickly so you ended up paddling in your shower water but when we advised reception it was fixed same day. And.. erm.. the walls weren't that sound proofed from the room next door (and let's just say they were quite 'active'), but when we went into the hall we discovered it was WAY louder out there so maybe the walls were well soundproofed and the guests were just unusually loud! All in all I would go back.

Everything: modern, comfortable, full of amenities. The space was very well used in the room. The bathroom and particularly the shower were genius. Cozy bed, great black out curtains. Excellent storage space, proper holiday lighting.

The breakfast concept needs some reimagining, maybe delivery to rooms directly as a package that can be chosen in advance. What they do is turn the tiny lobby into a breakfast buffet area and the poor hotel clerk has to work at a small table in the hallway in front of the stairs. This makes no sense.

Property was spotless staff who booked us in were really pleasant this was genuine not forced for the customer in a nice quiet street but with plenty near by within a 5 minutes walk Bathroom in room 302 was amazing especially the forest style shower built into the ceiling Breakfast although taken in a small side room is very very good with plenty of choices meats eggs cheese etc

Property can only be reached by steep roads whichever way you go but not an issue to us but could be to older clientele

I mean, nothing compares with the terrace of the suite on the top floor. I always try to take this room whenever I'm in Malta. The bed is to die for, there's a jacuzzi on the terrace, a small kitchen, a spacious shower and a lot of things to make your stay super comfy. The location is fantastic, in the quiter part of Sliema, close to the beaches and restaurants. The staff is super nice.

What could be done to make the experience even better: better breakfast (but if understand there's not enough space in the lobby to serve a proper breakfast but that's sth to think about) and normal electric sockets in the bathroom ( to be able to dry your hair in front of the mirror). Also you could put an iron and an ironing board in every room, that would be super handy. Also the iron that is available at the hotel is very basic, would love a proper iron.

Everything. There are only 14 rooms and we booked the ‘Presidential Suite’ and had the entire fourth floor to ourselves, including our own private patio area with loungers and a hot tub. A little more expensive but we’ll worth it. A very quiet location. Decent continental breakfast, comfy bed, good shower (huge bathroom), and spotlessly clean. Lovely staff too: the manager Matthias and intern Manon, who was delightful.

Nothing. The only slight disadvantage is that it is Sliema and for access to the ferries and buses around Malta you need to go to to Valletta. Don’t let that put you off though: it is less than a 10 min walk to the Sliema-Valletta ferry and it’s only €2 each way. A great way of getting across and much faster than the bus, although Sliema bus station is only a few minutes from the hotel.

A fantastic place to stay. It’s in a lovely residential area which is very central to both harbours (about 8mins walk to both). We had the penthouse for the week which was brilliant. The hot tub was lovely to sit in on an evening and have a glass of wine. There’s a mini bar which is not expensive. There’s a microwave/grill to warm any food. There’s no washing machine but there is a laundry service. The staff are very good and very friendly and the hotel is immaculately clean. We cannot fault this hotel and will be returning.

Absolutely nothing.

The room was well equipped with a good sized fridge, coffee machine, tea and little things being re-filled for us daily. Also a great location with only a 10 minute walk down to the coast. We had a rental and always managed to find parking on the streets nearby (not sure if just lucky). The room was clean and well sized, and the shower was also great. Everything you need for a stay in Malta.

The pictures on booking.com are slightly misleading as it suggests the property comes with a hot tub on the roof - it does - but that’s only for the suite room at the top. The air conditioning is also centrally controlled, so we were unable to adjust the temperature.

The accommodation was as we expected based on the description and reviews. The location is fantastic, the area is quiet, but Sliema harbour can be reached within a comfortable 10-minute walk. A perfect starting point for exploring the capital. The accommodation is quiet, well-equipped and clean. A special plus point for the USB charger next to the bed. The staff is kind and helpful. I would choose this accommodation again.

Perhaps a curtain and a slightly more varied breakfast would have been good, but there was no problem with it.

The hotel was outstanding we stayed in the presidential suite as it was for our honeymoon and it was worth every cent. A massive tv with streaming services, the balcony was unreal and it provided a brilliant view of the fireworks that were on display while we were in Malta. The the hot tub was an added bonus. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is situated in an ideal location if you are walking to St. Julian's or down to Sliema. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and helped us arrange our transport to and from the airport. If we could have we would have stayed longer. Could not recommend this place enough absolutely AMAZING 👌
