We really liked this accomodation. The room was clean and spacios, with interior stairs leading to a separate level where the kids slept. Breakfast is buffet, it is very simple but enough to start your day. Swimming pool was very clean. Staff is very friendly and ready to help you. The hotel is situated in a quite location. Parking is for free, right in front of the hotel. The nearest beach is like 7-10 minutes driving. Big supermarket is about 1.8 km away. If you have a car, everything is perfect. There is a bar at the swimming pool. Great value for money. I recommend this place.

The breakfast is the same every day but you have the option to order omlette or pancakes for a few euros. You definitely need a car to move around. There are a few mosquitoes during the night.

It’s great value for the money. Hotel is located a little bit out of town, but it’s close to the city center (5-10 mins by the car). I would recommend renting a car, even though you could walk to the center for 25-30mins, the area isn’t that nice. Staff is extremely kind. We felt really welcomed. There is nice pool area and there is a lot of cute and friendly cats around. Every morning there is fresh orange juice served during the breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Rooms are a bit outdated, but they have everything you need. If you are a tall person, check bed sizes before booking (my boyfriend is 193cm tall and the bed was too small for him). Breakfast could have more options, it’s same stuff everyday, but you can pay 2-3e and get some fried eggs or omelette.

Very nice place, nice swimingpool, good breakfast, cute cats, large& clean room with good shower.

No restaurants or shop near(we found nearest about 1km from hotel) so you really need a car here. Prices at the pool bar were very high and only toast and pizza to eat. No balcony at the room to get towels dry. Ouer familyroom was on the second floor so if you have small kids with strolleys it's a little hard to reach(we didnt have this problem with older kids ).

This was my second stay at the Oasis Hotel. I chose this hotel as my first experience was absolutely perfect!! I can honestly say this time around and i stayed a little longer and everything was exactly the same..perfect! 😃😃 The staff who clean the rooms are amazing! They are very friendly and do an amazing job of keeping the rooms clean and tidy, plus stocking you with clean sheets, towels ,shower essentials etc daily. They Hotel always smells and looks very clean. My children loved to come and play in the pool, which is also kept very clean. The office staff are very helpful and friendly, and will help make your stay as relaxed as possible. I had a late night arrival and the room was prepared and an email sent with instructions on how to get to my room. The hotel provides breakfast, which you can enjoy in a lovely quiet dining room, or you can either sit out and enjoy on the patio area. The lady that serves breakfast does an amazing job, of making sure you have everything you need. I want to say a very big thank you to all the staff who made my stay ,once again, a very enjoyable one. You are all amazing! Thank you! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Chania. I really don't understand why it is only rated 2 star..it was perfect for me, and will always be my first choice. I look forward to seeing you all again soon!

There is nothing..no fault with the hotel. If you don't have a car, there is a bus service, but the last bus to drop off at the hotel leaves Chania at 8:30pm. There is another bus service that passes close by, but a good 10 -15 min walk to the hotel.

breakfast was good the pool was not bad either and the room was very good it was lceaned daily which was amazing and for its price it felt more like a 3 star hotel than a 2 star one overall experience 8/10

i didnt like that the last buss that reached the hotel was 9:30pm but that isnt a problem of the hotel it was more of a bus problem so not many problems the pool also didnth ave many choices for food which forced me to order from outside 2 times but overall it wasnt bad

Overall it is not a bad guest house, for a family with a child it is just what we need. All in all we were pleased with it.

The location leaves a lot to be desired. We knew that we had to get to the sea by bus, but its schedule is not the most convenient. You will need to rent a car to feel free. But driving around Chania is an extreme experience.

It was very pretty, the pool was clean, the staff were very friendly, and it was quiet.

The shower in the room was very small and hard to use and the water pressure was very bad. The location is theoretically perfectly fine but since we didn’t have a car, it became inconvenient.

Very lovely place!! Travelled with my boyfriend and we loved it. The room was great and had a small fridge, bathroom, balcony and a cloth drying rack and a great view of the city, and AC and a TV. My boyfriend loved the pool and the location is close enough to Chania if you want food delivered. We'd love to stay again next year, great value for money and much better than renting a flat in Chania. Very quiet at night too, we slept great.

Pool bar food is not worth it, the frozen pizza upset my boyfriend's stomach. The restaurant is closed during the cook's days off and its 30 euro per person, better to order something on Wolt.

Everything was perfect! The breakfast was wonderful! A fresh variety of toast, cereal, eggs yogurt, and cake, along with coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The pool was very clean and ideal for young kids as well as adults, and my children loved it! My room was absolutely stunning, it was very spacious, cleaned every day with towels and toiletries changed. All the staff were very polite and welcoming, to be honest, I don't understand why this hotel was only rated a 2-star, it has a 5* star rating from me! Fantastic place to stay!

Absolutely Nothing! Everything was perfect! The only problem I had, was that I didn't have a car, and the last bus to the hotel left Chania at 8 pm, but this is nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel was perfect!

Very welcoming family owned accommodation. Very clean, great pool. Great for kids, pool is open to the public so can get busy with children in the afternoon. Amazing shutters for blocking out daylight for the perfect nights sleep. Not far from the old town. Supermarket and petrol station near by. Gorgeous friendly kitties too.
