The room was very spacious, super clean, with the best sea view ever. The bed was big and comfy, the pillows were so soft! There is free wi-fi connection in the whole hotel ant it was very good. Breakfast was also great - with everything you could imagine. Location is perfect - just two steps from the beautiful Nissi beach. Pool is huge!! And very nice. Bus station to the Ayia Napa center is just next to hotel.

We liked the staff, cleaning every day, bed was amazingly comfortable, rooms hae everything you need, the help with the luggage, also on last day when you check out that there is special luggage room and showers and extra towels so that you can enjoy and use your last day, the spa massages were great. When our baby was ill all of the staff did their best ti help: special food at 23h, called hospital, doctors, taxis and afterwords always asked hows the baby doing. Also how close the hotel is to the beach At the dining we have to mention Miriam she really made our stay!

That on full board, for lunch and dinner you have to pay for drinks, even water, that was also the case in one other 4 star hotel in Protaras so apparently thats how it works on Zyprus (maybe its free when you take all inclusive) Appart from that really satisfied and good quality for the money

On the 5th floor (room 520) - perfect cleaning. I never saw who was cleaning, but they seemed to guess my thoughts throughout the stay. Although I had problems at the reception desk and I had to accept a low grade room for one day, the rest of my stay was "rewarded": exemplary cleanliness, attention to the smallest details, sheets changed on time, not a grain of sand left behind even on the balcony. I was sorry I didn't thank the housekeeper Breakfast was almost the same every day but with a lot of choices, so you could eat something else every day.

I was offered a side view camera with 20 meters of side wall instead of the sea view one paid for because... "that's how it was in the electronic system ???? and we do not have another room right now". It is a noisy area especially in the evening because at the beach tavern they play bad music with many decibels.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The staff of the hotel is extremely kind, friendly, giving a feeling as if we are at home, I would especially like to point out Mrs. Oxana from the restaurant for her kindness. The cleanliness is at a high level, the food is delicious. Reading previous comments about the food selection not being that good I was worried if my decision to take full board was a good choice, however, it turned out that the food is just as fantastic for breakfast as it is for lunch and dinner. The hotel is in what I can say is the best location in Cyprus, in front of the most beautiful Nissi beach. The hotel also has its own swimming pool, with deckchairs and a shower, and a beach bar with great cocktails. Beach towels can be taken, and they are changed every third day, which is perfectly fine. Every day the hotel organizes a fun program of aqua aerobics, yoga, baby disco, and other interesting things. In the courtyard of the hotel there is the best massage ever, for an extremely decent price, highly recommended. Everything about this hotel is a 10+ rating!

We had reserved a room with a side sea view, but upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised and assigned a room with a direct sea view. The room itself, in terms of size and cleanliness, was impressive. The hotel staff paid attention to every detail to ensure the guests' comfort and enjoyment during their stay.The beach was directly across from the hotel, with just the parking lot separating us. As for Nissi Beach, there's really nothing more to say. It was, by far, the best beach we've ever visited.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

If you do not plan to walk around the hotel and want to stay in one place with your family - this is a grear option! -The Nissi beach is one of the best in Cyprus and it's in front of the hotel. You sleep with the ambient sound of the sea. - Breakfast is great, simple, but still great. Had many options to choose from. -The staff were amaizing - everyone is smiling and very helpful and the hotel had it's own cheerleader - Steve. He always asked about our trip, gave hi fives, said goodbye with each and every visitor. Very nice guy. - Parking at the hotel gets rather full in the weekend, but any other day - there are plenty free spots to park. - Grocery store next to the hotel has everything you need and rather ok prices.

To reach the town center you will need a bus or a car it's not walking distance far. - The hairdryer is in an awkward place - a drawer in the bedroom, with a too short of a wire to see yourself in the mirror. - There arent any irons in the rooms. You need to go to reception which is a hassle - Having a child I would have appreciated a kids playing ground in the hotel grounds (instead of those toy vending machines) but we had a restaurant with that close to the hotel.

The hotel looks new. Everything is clean, you have everything to relax in your rooms: sleepers, brushes, glasses, etc. The breakfast is good, as well as the cocktails in the bar near the pool - great value for money.

There are just two things. We have asked to give us room NOT on the first floor much in advance, the hotel staff accepted our request. The arranged room was on the first without any comments :) The hotel does not run the spa inside the building, but it looks like very poor option.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. The location is amazing, and Nissi beach is exactly as you see in the pictures. Easy to reach with a bus connecting the airport with Nissi avenue. The pool is nice with some jacuzzi spots and the pool bar has good prices for their drinks (maybe because it comes without customer service from the bartender :)) ), but otherwise a very nice place. We also appreciated the acqua gym activity! About the food, quality and diversity. Every evening there was a different theme for dinner (oriental night, barbecue, Italian, etc). Would have preferred Greek theme all the time but it was an interesting touch. We received an upgrade for the room and we had sea view which was amazing!!!! We stayed in the beginning of june and the beach was not overcrowded, and the hotel as well, it felt very nice. Mostly there were families staying or couples so there was a relaxing and pleasant environment. Overall, we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others and would choose it again!

Poor service at the bar.

-Wonderful unobstructed pool & sea view. -Spotless clean. -Breakfast was excellent with freshly prepared omelette and pancakes. -Very nice pool area. -The property is located at Nissi beach which is probably the best beach in Cyprus. -Reception staff very professional and swift checkin.

-You need a car, taxi or bus to go to Agia Napa City where all the clubs and port area and all the action is . -Not enough Sun beds and umbrellas. -Lifeguard at pool has an attitude and very lazy. -Pool Ladder was broken and it took the lifeguard two hours to act and fix it before a child gets injured. -Pool bar restaurant needed 1Hour for o prepare two Texas Burgers . -You have to pay €10 deposit for a pool towel this was a first and never seen anywhere else especially in 4 stars.

Nice and clean, beds nice, food ok

Room wasnt ready when we arrived so the hotel send me to another very very cheap hotel for the first night. And when they send me to the hotel for the first night, they send me to the wrong hotel, so a taxi had to come and pick us up and drive us to the right hotel. Got upgraded to another view and got late checkout , 6 oclock instead of 12 oclock Food was good ,but not many things to choose from.
