I had a single room in another building a bit further away from the main hotel building but on the same street. The room faced a little alley and it was astonishingly quiet there during nighttime. Also, it was nice that the Alilaguna stop Guglie is rather close so if you just drag your suitcase there (even I did) you will have no trouble getting to the airport.

I had booked this hotel because it is close to the railway station and they tell there is a lift. However, there is one flight of stairs to reach the reception. The porter will carry your luggage, though. Moreover, as my room was in another building there was no lift there. I had 51 steps to my room on the top floor. You can imagine I stayed away from morning till night.

Great hotel, excellent location. A big shout out to Augustino at the front desk who was charming and helpful ! All of the front desk people were friendly . The location is close to restaurants , artisanal gelato ( the best) and walking to San Marco is 15 min . The rooms are comfortable and not too cramped, we have stayed in smaller, so this was ok. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The lobby area with color coordinated sofas and walls is lovely.

I went to Venice during the carnival and was looking for cheap options near the station, so I expected the worst. But my stay has been very comfortable and enjoyable! The room was very nice, the reception has been very helpful in assisting me with any questions I had. And the location is very good, easily reachable from the airport, by train, and with waterbuses from different interesting places in the city.

Wifi was very weak in my room, I could never use it reliably during my stay and relied mostly on my mobile plan. Also, the bathroom was a bit annoying to use, since the shower had no wall around it, and the water would get everywhere: toilet seat, toilet paper, sink, everything on the sink, towels I'd want to use to dry myself off, since there isn't any good place to hand them outside of the bathroom...

I liked the place. It was clean and the service was good. Everybody was friendly and helpful. It is about two minutes from the Guglie boat stop which I took at the airport, this made finding the place and later, getting around easy. It's also near the train station so it's impossible to get lost because on almost every other building is a sign saying "alla Ferovia" which means something like 'this way to the train station".

The only thing which could have been better was my view which was of a cement wall. But since I didn't hang out at the hotel much except to sleep it wasn't really an issue.

The hotel has 2 buildings. The main building is fully renovated and the room is excellent. The other building is slightly older but the room still very clean and maybe even more comfortable. Both rooms I stayed in old and main building were spotlessly clean. The location is simply great. Literally next to the train station and all the taxi/water busses to the city center with all the main attractions. There are fast foods, restaurants and supermarkets near by and the location is safe to walk around. The staff was very helpful and polite. Great choice if you don’t want to pay a fortune in Venice but still want to have a comfortable and clean room. I tried the breakfast for 10€ and was nice.

At first, I was given a room without curtains, but after my request it was arranged to change room the very next day.

1. Location. Excellent. It's close to the train station, close to the main vaporetto stop (Ferrovia), and close to the Alilaguna stop (Linea Arancia) near Il Ponte della Guglie that will get you to the airport. Both places are easily within walking distance. Also close to a pharmacy, grocery store and self-service laundromat in case you need those things. 2. The hotel is clean and well-kept. 3. The staff are friendly, kind and helpful. Don Agostino is especially kind and gracious. Monica patiently helped me to get connected to the hotel WiFi. The restaurant staff are friendly. The bellhop was always smiling and polite. 4. Breakfast was tasty. 5. The room had a nice desk and closet. The windows could be opened for fresh air. When I return to Venice, I will stay here again. I always felt safe here. This is a good place for solo female travelers.

The mattress was uncomfortable. It was kind of lumpy.

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical, but I have to say my experience here was amazing. The staff was very professional and accommodating from day one, bed was comfy, a/c was working just fine, the bathroom was clean and new, it’s located in a busy part of town but the hotel’s actually very quiet, I slept amazing (I was so comfortable in my bedroom that I overslept, but being so close to the station came in handy, I just had to walk for 5 minutes and I was on the train). I’d definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends.

This hotel was fantastic, just next to the port, very convenient as we had only one night in the island. Hotel room was very clean with cute balcony. The best all was the staff, they where incredible helpfull. We forgot something at the port and the owner came to pick me up to the port so i could look for it before my ferry left, this was so impresive.

It was clean and comfy. Receptionist was very nice and explained everything cearly. Very good location.

The problem with mattresses on a double bed. They were not in any way attached to the bed frame and while sleeping they moved, which was a little uncomfortable. For that, on the mattresses themselves slept well. This small one shortcoming to improve and if I had to choose a hotel again I would choose the same one.
