Very convenient location if you are going to stay around the airport area. Good price-quality relation. Good isolation of windows from the exterior and very good matress. Polite and professional staff working there.

Price of Breakfast maybe too high compared for the price of room. It could have had more variety of ingredients, like scrumbled eggs as an example. (The service of the staff were always very good and clean). The noises from room to room are noticeable since there is a very thin wall, but it was good since people were calm at night...

A good experience, most things worked very well. Breakfast was good, although nothing special. The bed and pillows were perfect for my taste, I slept very well. Excellent location (walking distance to the airport and the places I needed to go) and with OK public transport to the city centre.

The hot water wasn't very hot and one early morning the shower didn't seem to get warm enough. During the day it was OK, though. Walls were quite thin but luckily I had pretty quiet neighbours and my room was at the corner of the building.

Is really near to the airport but that doesn't mean that the airplanes noise is an issue, you can really sleep well. We went in a season where the restaurant was under construction so we didn't get the chance to take the breakfast but the hotel offers you some free snacks to compensate it, which I found very useful specially when your flight is early in the morning and you don't have time to eat something in a couple of hours

The only issue is that my neighbors were too noisy opening and closing the door (really slam it hard) all day but that's something that the hotel can't really control

The staff was very friendly and professional, could monitor an interaction with a guest from Singapur which had an issue with the reservation. Staff was very engaged to solve the problem. Also, the Hotel is right next to the Airport and a very busy road. However I have not noticed anything. No noise from the airport nor the main road traffic. Was situated on the 2nd floor, right next to the elevator. Room had airconditioning which was working fine, temperatures were around 30°C outside. Breakfast is served starting at 6am, everything was available for a Standard German breakfast. Had breakfast once at 8am and once at 6am, on both occasions everything was OK. Havent used the Wifi that much but didnt notice any issues. Could watch YT without problems.

Even though the room was clean, I found some dried soap/foam at the shower valve, not sure if it was from previous guests or leftover from the cleaning personal. Nothing too serious, just something I noticed. Everything else was super clean. The snack vending machine in the hall was not working, but you could get some snacks and drinks from the staff which seems to be there 24/7. A fridge and some USB / USB-C outlets in the room would have been nice. However those were available at the waiting area downstairs.

OUr flight from Amsterdam to Preveza, Greece, was cancelled and we looked for options on the same days. As the Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam had many flight cancellation due to the CrowdStrike issue, we looked for flights from Germany and ended up booking a Hamburg - Preveza flight early the next day. We drove to Hamburg and looked for Hotel options as we drove to the Airport. We eventually found this hotel, knowing that we would only be able to use it for about 3 hours. The checkin was super efficient, the rooms simple but clean and we could park our car!

A typical ‘uneasy to use’ checkin for the parking lot with a user interface that only worked on the 3rd effort…

I keep coming back to this hotel any time I have an early flight as the location is very conventient, 5 min away with bus from the airport. Also the price is really good. I like that there is a bar which offers drinks and some food. Room is clean and big enough for 1-2 people for one-two nights.

No water in the room. The staff could be a little bit nicer and more welcoming, they are not very attentive. No restaurants around.

This is a good airport hotel providing what you need for a stay before departing on a flight the following day. We were able to walk there from the airport (about as 15 minute walk) and back in the morning. Staff were very helpful and check in was very easy. Breakfast was only €12,50 and was very adequate for the price. No other meals provided on site which is a shame (because sometimes you just don’t feel like going anywhere!) but we did find a very good little burger and pizza restaurant not far from the hotel. The room was clean and fully soundproof.

Although the Hotel had no meal service available in the evening the staff recommended a Greek restaurant nearby which was within walking distance and it provided excellent catering during our stays.

We were unable to get a view towards the airport which was one of the things we had hoped for from the Hotel. Reception told us that they could not change our room allocations because we had booked via Booking.com. Had we done so directly they could have been able to change our rooms so it appeared that we were disadvantaged by booking via Booking.com!

Newly renovated hotel, clean and frech. Nice staff , special shout out to Mia, super nice and friendly staff member. Walkable distance from the airport, count on approx. 15-25 min walk, depend on your walking speed :-) The hotel itself don't have any dinner restaurant, and only a few options in walking distance from hotel. I guess Uber Eat can be an option if you want to eat in your room.

Great location if you want to stay close to the airport. It's around 20 mins walking on foot from the hotel to the airport terminal. Everything was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed.

I wasn't able to change the temperature of the air conditioning. I wanted to use the heating but it seemed like it was controlled centrally rather than by room.
