The hotel location was excellent, although the approach to the entrance in the dark is a bit foreboding! Our room was large, quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The central heating was very efficient and there was always plenty of hot water. It was good to have a decent sized fridge in the room. All of the staff we met were very helpful, friendly and polite. The breakfast was fine and had some interesting choices.

Lack of storage/ shelf in shower. Odd to have to walk out of the hotel and along the street to get to breakfast, but it was worth the walk! Maybe this could be mentioned in the hotel info. Everything else was fabulous, thanks.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel – being right in the city center, everything is within walking distance. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There’s a restaurant nearby and all the essentials are close at hand. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the overall ambiance is warm and inviting.

What I didn’t like was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. I was woken up several times during the night due to loud conversations from neighboring rooms. The doors close quite noisily, and the windows face the courtyard, which means you need to keep the curtains drawn for privacy, as people passing by can see directly into the room. The female receptionist was overly formal and lacked a warm, friendly approach – her demeanor felt rather cold. My biggest issue was the nighttime noise, as poor sleep can really affect the rest of your day. Please don’t advertise soundproof rooms if that’s not the case, as some guests specifically choose their accommodation based on that feature.

I stayed in the Swanky Royal, which is a couple of houses down from the main Swanky hostel, where the reception is. The room was freshly renovated, nice and clean. The windows were towards the courtyard so it was quiet even though the building is located at a busy street. The location was great, right in the center, within walking distance to all attractions. Breakfast was amazing (besides the regular musli/eggs breakfast you can try Asian inspired dishes)- there was more food than you can eat. The only minus- the restaurant is located by the main building, so you need to dress up and walk outside. And it was good value.

This place has everything and with a touch of class - Swanky even! I was impressed with the free welcome drink voucher, the Asian fusion restaurant, the bar with it's delicious cocktails, and the plentiful, unique and delicious breakfast choices available. Not too mention the clean and spacious room we had.

I was a little concerned by the fact that I was able to enter our neighbour's room (purely by accident) using my electronic key card. Fortunately, nobody was in at the time but the potential for theft made me worry about our own room. I'm not sure if they are aware of this, so I hope this comment helps fix it.

Great central location near shops, cafes, bars & restaurants. The room we stayed in was located just down the street from the main reception, restaurant, bar and pool facility in a recessed, quiet area. It was a secure building and our room was large, comfortable, clean and beautifully air conditioned. The funky bar area was great to have a drink & hang out in, the substantial breakfast (included) was served there in the mornings. The pool was lovely and and refreshing but the area around it is small so get there early in the day if you’d like a Sun lounge or bean bag! The Asian restaurant on site was AMAZING! Never eaten better Asian Inspired food - and - it was very affordable! We ate there 3 times during our stay.

Nothing at all - everything was great. We had an early flight on our day of departure and the reception staff arranged a take away breaky bag for us! Some of the bar staff couldn’t speak much English (and were obviously very new & training) so there were a few communication problems with our drink orders - but in the scheme of things it was no big deal 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at the Stay Swanky Hotel Bed & Breakfast, where the staff were amazing and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived with complimentary drinks vouchers to use at the bar. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax. A highlight was the Soi Fushion restaurant, where the food was delicious and beautifully prepared, adding to an overall fantastic experience.

Rooms could be slightly more sound proof. Could hear guests in another room late at night.

I was extremely pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was very good value for money. Lucia at reception was amazing and an asset to the hotel. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Our rooms were about two minutes walk away from reception. If I was staying alone I would be quite apprehensive about staying in a room away from the main hotel, but because I was staying with family it felt okay. Our rooms looked like they were newly built. They were clean and fresh. The beds are comfy. There are tea and coffee facilities and storage facilities. The hotel was very central, six minute walk away from the city centre. I enjoyed the breakfast which was surprisingly good for the for the hotel star rating. It was very good value for money and I will stay again.

Our rooms were about 2 to 3 minutes walk away from main reception and so if I was staying alone, I would be quite apprehensive about staying so far away from the hotel main reception.

I cannot recommend this accommodation enough! The room was very clean and intelligently designed to make for a very comfortable and convenient stay. Location is also perfect because it is in the city centre (walking distance to the main attractions) and yet very quiet. But the best asset is most definitely all of the staff- they are the kindest souls- on check out day, they booked us a taxi because we had an early morning flight and given that we were going to miss the breakfast, they gave us a packed lunch to take with us. These people deserve all the stars and are the true definition of what professional hospitality is all about! The rooftop bar is also beautiful with amazing design and very cool vibes! Awesome stay! ❤️

Everything was excellent!

The staff members are very polite and helpful, facility is basically on the main street so almost everything you need is easily accesible. The room is well designed and cozy, and breakfast offers some yummy recipes. Overall, great stay and fun :)

The only thing that messed my schedule the first day (a little bit) was that the breakfast is nominally served from 8 am, but wasn't accesible basically up until cca 8:25, so I had to miss it on my first day because I was in a hurry to attend conference. No big deal, maybe it was that day issue, but if that is a common practice I recommend updating info. Everything else was on point.

Very centrally located. Easy to reach with public transport. Shops nearby, lively street, but the rooms were quiet and peaceful ( in a courtyard away from the street). Nice big rooms with a coffee maker (nespresso) and water boiler, safe, fridge.. I felt very safe. Everyone was very friendly, nice friendly atmosphere among guests too, helpful

Although most rooms are in the same building as the reception, the room I booked was 3 buildings away from the reception/breakfast area/pool, which was unexpected. This was well handled by the receptionist who walked me to the room, carried my luggage and explained everything very well. Access to the corridor and the rooms with a key card. The reception is reachable 24/7 also by text/phone.
