Staff were very helpful in sorting our requests, getting information and booking Taxis. Breakfast had a good variety with loads of fresh options.

Room was very dark & walls were very thin can hear all sorts of noises. View from room was non existent. Fridge in Room did not work and AC was barely doing its job. 7th floor gym was crap and pool was nasty and needs a serious clean.

The location is conveninent. The room is spacious, clean, and nicely designed. The bathroom is really big and has proper water pressure. The gym is small but with lots of lights. Rooftop provides a nice view.

The toilet is a bit weak, and somehow accumulates smells.....And i find the hallway lighting a bit too dark. The breakfast is not bad, but if one goest after 9:30, there is barely anything left.

It's pretty central. 2 mins Beach, 7 mins central las palmas/ catlina pk. Quiet hotel.

Nothing really, only minor thing was if you got to breakfast less than a hour before finish, the food didn't get replaced. On Thursday 16th no eggs or bacon put out after. 9.15 am . Just had to take items available

The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. All of them spoke really good English. Breakfast was good but very busy.

It was difficult to get coffee in the morning as there was only one drink station. The view of the port was a bit obscured with the outside plastic decor but when looking for the hotel it was easy to spot from a distance.

The hotel itself is nice with good facilities, the breakfast was great. It was a very comfortable stay with nice staff to help.

The hotel is really far away from the main attractions and from the touristic area. Yes, the aquarium is a 15 minutes walk, but not in the nicest area. If you are coming for the beach (though there is a nice one just across the road), you should go to hotels at the other side.

Request for sea views not met. the two rooms were almost in permanent darkness and we could not open the blind as people would see in our bathroom and room. The rooms must be the worst in the hotel? Hot breakfast items were almost cold and not very tasty.

Clean room with comfortable bed, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I also recommend the rooftop restaurant.

Our room was very dark, as the only window in the bathroom faced a dim courtyard where the elevator was located. The soap dispensers were falling apart, and there was no toilet brush.

There was no fridge but instead a cooler storage place however I would of preferred a normal fridge. Also didn’t like the location as it was on a busy road meaning you can’t park outside you have to walk

Room was very comfortable and modern style very clean and tidy. Food was lovely breakfast and dinner, rooftop lounge and bar very nice and relaxing in the evening. Staff were very pleasant good service. Highly recommend.

I liked the location and closeness to cafes, restaurants etc. You can walk from the hotel to old town or take a bus. Breakfast was good, with selection of fruits, warm dishes etc. Very friendly staff.

If you are a light sleeper do not book a room with a beach-side view - the noise from the road is huge.
