Nice spacious and cosy apartment. Interiors are a bit dated but fully functional and comfortably equipped. Especially the super cosy couch in the living room is what you need after a long day out in the water. The location couldn't be better. Cross the street, you're right on Flynns Beach, where you get the best brekky in town, which comes with the view.

The kitchen is 70s style, has its charme, and it's all working well. Just three tiny things we would say here. Kitchen cabihandles are a bit sticky, maybe from cooking. Bit polishing, and it's OK. Furthermore, just clean the extraction fans from time to time. The bathroom is huge, which is amazing but not much storage and shelves cause that's what you need as a traveller.

The building surroundings are lovely and the pools are well maintained (though chilly this time of year). It's a short walk to the local shops and the beach. The kids enjoyed lizard and bird spotting around the complex. Unfortunately, we didn't find this apartment as comfortable as the previous visit, but overall it was still good

The exhaust fan in the master bedroom cupboard was a bit odd and quite loud whenever anyone used the toilet or bathroom. The carpet and curtains were showing signs of wear. The dishwasher was OK, but could use some attention (the racks are floppy). The door could really use a soft closer

The unit was spacious and big enough for a family of four. Kitchen well set up for cooking. The heated pool was well used by the kids. The grounds were exceptional with all the beautiful trees. There was a lovely small play area for kids. Parking excellent and close to unit. The accomodation is very close to some amazing small bays and coastal walks. Also, it is close to Flynn’s Beach which is patrolled in the summer, is protected from the wind and has a cafe attached. Stunning area!

Our balcony table and chairs needed to be replaced. The adult bed wasn’t very supportive in our unit.

Great location to enjoy walks, beaches and coffee/food. Rooms were a good size and good kitchen facilities. Due to now being winter we didn't use the pool but it looked great for summertime. It was good to have undercover and secure parking.

The unit wasn't completely clean, we found small pieces of food wrappers and lollies under the lounge, and in between the cushions. The dishwasher was being repaired but the parts were left on the floor, pushed aside. We also discovered water on the floor around the toilet. The reception knew of these repairs but unfortunately we weren't informed. This doesn't stop me from booking here again, it was still an enjoyable stay.

The units were roomy and well maintained

Owing to booking.com information sheet I understood that the spa units were all ground floor But, our unit was on the 2nd floor with no lifts! And because of our arranged late check in, no-one was at reception to query it with, and Sunday reception is closed and manager was out of town. For a normal guest this would not be a problem, but I walk with the aid of a stick, and suffer from emphysema which made just getting to the room almost impossible, let alone moving luggage. I intend to return for more stays, but will deal with the resort when booking.

Layout of unit , pool and position resort is in is fantastic lovely outdoor areas our room looked over beach but lots of stairs up. Unit well equipped and nicely set out, spa bath was great.

That we paid top dollar which doesn't include any cleaning or change of even towels even had to go buy extra toilet paper as there was 1 roll for 4 nights and 4 people . I've been to cheaper hotels and motels which all include housekeeping not charge extra for it.

The apartment is just HUGE... the living room with open kitchen alone was bigger than two "regular" apartments you would get elsewhere for the price. But there were also two large bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds) and a small household chamber with washing machine and dryer. Both bedrooms had a ventilator and built in closet with shelves and enough space for 4 weeks. All windows had insect-nets, including one big insect door on the huge balcony. The Kitchen was huge, well equipped. Everything was clearly quite old but high quality and well maintained, no "cheap and beautiful" as you find it in modern apartments. Service was great, we were a bit late on a Saturday and did not read the part with "after 2 pm late check in" but they even called us and sent us a code for the key-safe, so we did not have to wait at the reception and search for instructions. Whole area is fenced off for guests only, with pools, lots of birds, animals, super-maintained garden, BBQ-huts, playground, tennis court, ... free parking on the area. Directly on Flynn's Beach, a bus stop directly opposite on the main road, so we did not have to walk more than 50 meter with our baggage after arriving with the train. SO great if you travel the east coast without car.

The WiFi-coverage was a bit bad, but as I told so at the reception they came with us to check. We found out that it must be something with the insulation in the walls, and the service technician must install a socket or an extra repeater. That did not help us in this week, but we were not really depending on Wifi and the care and interest of the team showed us that they do take you seriously as a guest and customer. Only "real" negative thing was that it got really cold, even though the heating was running 24 hours on max. It's just not properly insulated.

It was a Nice size unit with undercover security gated parking, sea view from unit deck, full size kitchen, and wild life through out the resort rainforest style grounds.it was very peaceful and quite. The beach and coastal walking trails at your door step were great with lots to explore.

Due to resorts location being just over 2km from the town centre of Port Macquire you have limited dinning options unless your prepared to drive in to town. The spa in the unit was noisy and not all jets worked when turned on the outdoor setting on the deck of unit was a little rusty we chose not to use it.

I was a late arrival and had no problem getting my key. The unit had everything i needed. Wifi, blankets, washing powder etc. I had a very relaxing and at no point thought i needed anything more than was available.

Nothing comes to mind other in a sun facing bedroom, blinds or curtains that cover the whole window may be considered. Also and maybe the availability to for a small fee rent a beach towel. Thats all.

Everything. We loved this place the most of all our travels. Huge, well equipped kitchen and lounge with smart TV and ample lounges. Two large bedrooms and large bathroom with clean, fully functioning spa. Convenient laundry closet and good sized balcony with dining table and chairs. Large dining area inside too. The grounds has 2 pools, with the one closest to reception being very warm. Gorgeous picturesque grounds, birds, water dragons and scrub turkeys everywhere, tropical gardens and a short walk to the beach and licensed, convenient corner store. Short drive into town. Can't wait to return for longer next time.

More heating in the other pool. That's being super petty.
