The staff were all really friendly and very welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, had nice view out the window, the bathroom was huge with a double shower that was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful - cereal, toast, drinks you helped yourself to and you could choose from a cooked menu as well. We couldn't fathom out another traveller's review of "breakfast a bit too self-service", it's not like you were in a chef's hat with a pan, you just made your own toast and they brought the topping to you! Car park easy to access and you can walk down into Tobermory in a few minutes on foot (it is a VERY steep hill to come back up but as long as you're fit and healthy it's no issue). There is a bar & restaurant onsite although we didn't use them. It says WiFi is only in communal areas but it worked fine in our room.
Building looks a bit dated from the outside but is very clean and tidy. The bed wasn't exactly uncomfortable but could probably do with replacing. You had to tell them what time you wanted breakfast the following day, we would have preferred to go when we felt like it. Neither would put us off staying another time but has lowered our rating a bit.

Basic but really comfortable sized room (Room 16 - i think it’s a good one). Nothing to complain about, lovely views from double aspect windows, large shower room. We didn’t have an evening meal there but breakfast was great. Staff are lovely, couldn’t be more helpful and friendly ♥️ Should day bit of a hike down & back to town - up a hill so if you want to walk - maybe a consideration if you have mobility issues.
It’s not luxury by any means, some of the fixtures in the room could be got rid of (ice machine that doesn’t work for instance!)

Room. Room 16 is a lovely space. Staff were friendly and efficient. Sense of humour, too. The Boeuf Bourguignon was excellent.
Breakfast was a bit too 'self service' - for the benefit of staff/management rather than customers. We would have preferred a pot of tea. The chicken and linguine dinner dish was very 'bloke cookery' - how you would eat it was not thought through - you needed to swap the fork from one hand to the other to cut the big lump of chicken and then to twirl the linguine by turns. There were some very loud big (rough?) men in the bar, watching the sport and swearing while there were children there. Hardly family appropriate, but then maybe the hotel needs local customers to keep the bar going in the off season?

The hotel is up the hillside in Tobermory, as such had fantastic views, but is a steep walk up/down to/from the town. The room was a good size with all needed amenities. Also the bonus of a wee cooler, which for someone like me who drinks far more fizzy juice than tea or coffee meant I could get my cans nice and cold. Breakfast was buffet for cereals, toast, yougurt, tea, coffee and fruit juice. Hot items were ordered via the server and the plate brought to your table. I ate in the lounge bar most nights and found the evening menu varied and a good price. After I lost the use of my phone during my stay the staff were helpful organising taxis etc from reception.
Can't say there was anything I didn't like

Great location at the top of the hill and my room had a view over the water so a definite plus point. On arrival the sun was shining so we got a drink from the bar and sat outside, the beer garden is very sheltered so didn't feel too cold. Garden is well kept with some good wooden seating and tables. We had dinner in the restaurant which was really good 2 people, 2 courses, 2 bottles of cider £56.00. Breakfast was also in the restaurant and there was a good selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, pastries followed by a cooked breakfast which was delicious. We paid £135 per room for B&B, but I'd expect this to rise in the summer. The staff are lovely and make you feel really welcome and facilities are spotless. Rooms are a good size with en-suite bathroom which is also good size also, TV on the wall which has all the Apps installed so you could log in your own details and watch if you wanted. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to my next visit.
The hotel is a little old fashioned and rooms could do with updating of furniture, reminded me of my childhood bedroom back in the 70s/80s. I couldn't figure out how to work the shower but my colleague had worked it out and explained, there is a cord hanging from the ceiling as you enter the bathroom so you need to pull that down for shower to work, no instructions in the room so I would add this to the folder of information.

Park Lodge is nice and close to Tobermory Main Street so you can walk down the hill if you like. Breakfast was nice and fresh with Kippers as a unique option. Beds were comfortable
Parking is very sparse. They do let you park in the armory next door though so it works but still kind of hard to get in and out of parking. The prices are high but that is due to scarcity of any hotel rooms in Tobermory but for the price is was not as nice of a hotel as we had hoped. Again that more economics of the area than anything, just don't expect a luxury experience for the price.

The room was quite spacious and clean with good amenities. The bar/restaurant was a nice place to have dinner and breakfast with good food options. The staff are very friendly and helped me on numerous occasions with arranging transport, early check-out etc.
I stayed on the ground floor with my room's windows facing the path leading to the hotel entrance. Therefore, I was continuously disturbed with noise from arriving/leaving guests from the bar in the evenings (as well as a group of kids who made non-stop noise and yelling). Bear in mind the hotel can be a bit "difficult" to reach if you walk to the hotel from Tobermory as it is at the top of a steep uphill (my personal issue as I did not have a car on the island).

The staff were attentive and always happy to help with anything we needed. The room was cleaned very well daily, with all items restocked. The team were inobtrusive, not cluttering the corridors with trollies and going quietly about their business. The food was lovely, cooked perfectly, and served promptly.
The fridge in the room was a lovely unexpected bonus, but it didn't really keep things very cool.

A truly highland welcome followed by a refreshing beverage, served by Siva and excellent dinner, set us up nicely for the comfy quite nights sleep Breakfast in the morning was exceptional even had haggis and all locally sourced and cooked by the legendary chef Raymond . Having spent the day touring round the beautiful scenery of Mull we again were treated to an exceptional dinner and joined in the banter with some of the locals and so it went on, Truly a home from home with Sandy at reception overseeing proceedings not that that was needed, On the morning of departure a cheery wave from Raymond out the kitchen window sent us reluctantly on our way, Well done the team!!

We only stayed one night as a stopover before catching the ferry, but it was a great place to stay for the night. The hotel seems like it was recently renovated; the carpets, room and bathroom all seemed pretty new - very clean and in excellent condition. Loved the heated towel rack in the bathroom! The hotel restaurant was also very clean, food was good, and the table service was good.
The bed was a little lumpy, the duvet was a little too warm for me and the shower water pressure was on the weak side - but these really were just minor issues for me. The floors were a bit creaky as you could hear people walking on the next floor up, but despite this the hotel was very quiet.
