The location is very close to the public transport station. There is also a nearby TESCO and PEPCO shopping marts. the location is also very close to congress centre. we once walked down along the river to the property happily from the mama coffee. there is an impressive restaurant besides the property.

The day we arrived was a hot day, the property did not have any cooling facilities except 1 small pedestal fan. the property may also include some consumable items like tea bags and coffee in the apartment. the property only allowed the check in at 1500 hours. typically in India we are allowed for early check in (at least we can keep luggage somewhere after arrival)

I really liked the location as well as the size of the apartment. it`s a big and comfortable place. The facilities worked great. there was a fridge, a microwave, a cooker and more stuff that worked with no problem.

The only problem I faced was the door. they use an electronic key and once the door wouldn`t open. I wrote in support but they answered only after 30 minutes or so which was very late considering the fact that I had to stand next to the door with 2 kids. Another problem with the same door was that it didn`t lock automatically well. Luckily I checked before we left and it was open. I had to pull it extra hard and only then it locked. All the rest worked great!

It would be great to have washing machine as we were there for 10 days. Lovely apartment super location, but there was no basic items for kitchen- no tea bags, coffee or salt.and sugar. Nice modern and clean. Quiet street in city centre. No hassle with getting keys as all access was sorted online.

I got a strange message at the end of the staying, that I need to send some money more, but with no justification. I asked what is it about, but I got no answer, I didn't send since there was no reasoning, but I was neither asked to send it again. This was the only thing that was odd. All in all, this place was nice and I recommend it.

The apartment is located in a beautiful place. Not very far from the center. The are a few places to eat nearby. It was relatively clean with just a few exceptions.

The door to the bathroom is absent, so if you travel with friends or even family members they won't be able to use the kitchen while you shower. Unless you are ok with them seeing you naked :) The dishes were not very clean, but we did not need to use them. There was also a spider under the sink in the bathroom.

The flat was clean and comfortable. I liked the location as well and the size was really awesome.

Internet connection should be improved. The connection got disrupted many times and the router had to be restarted. One of the two televisions was out of service.

Komfortable beds, clean room.

Would be nice to provide shampoons. And having AC would also be nice. We stayed during the summer however the weather temperature outside was around 23 degrees. So we did not miss that, however during higher temperatures it would be very difficult to stay there without AC. However the building is near to train rails and next to the street, there was very little noise with closed windows.

Location and interior, bathroom was really hood and bed in kitchen awesome.

The big pillows were hidden under without pillowcases and the one that were present are really small. No broom in the room we wanted to take care of our room ourselves, however we couldn't.

Lock box system for keys. They put multiple keys in the same lock box making it possible for your key to be taken. I understand they say don’t put the key back in there but your key could be taken before you check in. I would advise getting a lock box for each apartment.

Spaceous, clean and comfortable

Dopr to bathroom were hard to close, and we could not use kettle, because every time we tried to plug it, whole electricity of apartment went off. Besides that, everything was perfect
