All is very well. Room perfect size,furniture very well fit and very new and clean.

Just if a small portable table would be good , to eat small snacks or have breakfast on it.

The room is just like in the photos, spacious, nice and clean, with a simple design and all the utilities one might need - from complimentary water and coffee, to hair dryer and ironing board. The building is safe and very close to the metro. Eleni was extremely friendly and helpful, we communicated perfectly on chat before our arrival and also during our stay.

Unfortunately there are construction works undergoing on the floor above the apartment. The noise was unbearable starting from 7:30-8 am each morning. (this info refers to August 2024). This of course does not change the 10 rating I gave the accommodation, as it is not something that can be controlled by the owner. Nevertheless, if you are not a morning person, I would suggest to check with Eleni if the works are done before booking.

The location was amazing. I liked the multiple codes to enter. Coffee and water provided was a nice touch. Hot shower and complimentary toiletries.

-Shower flooded and the bath mat remained entirely soaked only after 2 showers. -A squuege would have helped -The rooms are not soundproof, as I could hear neighbours on both sides but with the noise from the AC it was ok -Being awoken one morning by the work men on the roof, sounded like they were dropping bowling balls on the roof.

Not only is this property located in the centre of Athens and within walking distance to many historical sites, museums, cafes and shops, its entrance is super secure and in a safe location. Elena who manages the property is super efficient, has clear instructions on how to use items in the rooms and how to gain access, and answers all queries promptly. She also organised two drivers for me (from and to the airport) and they were prompt too. My room had a contemporary and super clean bathroom and was of a comfortable size with several amenities: TV, tea/coffee, a strong air con, wifi, iron, etc. There were also resources on Athens and access to a first aid kit. Worth the cost of the place and I would stay again.

This property is very close to the Syntagma metro station which made it convenient for going to the airport. It’s in a shopping district (walking distance to H & M. Our room was modern, minimalist, and clean ( as pictured). It is very small -college dorm room sized, so it is not a place to hang out and sip your coffee or make plans for the day. Elena was very communicative and the directions for getting into the apartment were clear. She has nice lockers available for you to store your things after checkout if needed.

It was a little bit claustrophobic… narrow hallway to get into 1 of 5 rooms. There is no balcony and the windows had a lock (with no key)—I asked the host about this, she said the other 1/2 of the windows opens. Needless to say, It made me concerned about the fire escape plan. The stairs at the 9th floor elevator landing were not marked with obvious signage (I asked the host where there stairs were).

Great location! Only one block from Syntagma Square and metro on a busy street with shops that takes you all the way to Monastiraki. The room was very nice. Lots of good instructions and information about the area.

It's an odd setup. There are lots of instructions to get to the room. It's actually very straight forward and the instructions were great, but a bit unusual. But not really a deterrent, but just thought I would comment on it. Once you get to the room the first time, then it's easy because you know what to expect.

The location and cleanliness were brilliant. It was convenient, and communication with elena was great.

It wasn’t completely ready when we arrived, and the lady cleaning it wasn’t very friendly. The walls were also incredibly thin, and we could hear a lot of people talking/crying/babies screaming in the night!

We adored the location, the amenities and the cleanness! The staff were not only professional but also genuinely friendly, adding a personal touch to the entire stay. Their willingness to assist and ensure guest satisfaction was evident at every turn. Upon arrival, the accommodation exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness, comfort, and overall atmosphere were impeccable. Overall, I can't think of a single aspect of the booking and stay that I would change. It was a flawless experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this booking platform to anyone seeking a seamless and delightful travel experience. Kudos to the team for delivering excellence in every aspect!

The location was perfect. It was near Syntagma Metro Station.

There was construction going on downstairs--and the construction workers sometimes were noisy and sometimes they used the lift too much. Also the desk in the room was wobbly. And one last thing I noticed; the shower area doesn't drain too well; the floor is not tilted towards the drain so it doesn't drain the water easily; this means the bathroom will be easily flooded if you use the shoer, esp. the one at the TOP (not the hand-held one).

The location of this accommodation is excellent - right in the Centre of Athens, within walking distance of the main attractions and also the tavernas and bars. It is also a 5 minute walk from the Symptagna Metro station. There was excellent communication between us and Elena, the property manager, with regards to our arrival and check in. The room was spacious, modern, clean, with good Wifi and complimentary items like water, tea and coffee and toiletries. It was really good value for money and we would definitely book again if we came back to Athens
