To be honest, we were only using the room to sleep and shower, the rest of the time we were out around the area doing activities there. The hotel was good for our needs, the staff was great! For this trip and many we take, our main goal for hotels is simple, we want clean, good smelling rooms, and friendly staff that will help with issues if any arise. This hotel had very good people who worked to make our staff enjoyable.

The only issue we had was it's location in a light industrial complex which did not offer any outdoor amenities, not even a place to sit. But on the up side, there was a lot of places close by to eat and shop, and close to other attractions in the area that we did enjoyed.

The location is very close to Cornell University, the reason we were there.. The breakfast was very good, not like the Super 8 by Wyndham in New Jersey. Close to the grocery was a plus.

The curtains were just a little too short for the window.. No elevators, very hard to carry up the luggage.

The staff was very helpful and friendly . They were accommodating and I would say this hotel is family friendly and pet friendly ! Water pressure in the shower was great and a the water was always hot . The room was clean and i wasn’t nervous letting my 1 year old crawl around . I loved the fresh bottles of milk for your cereal in the morning, and the bottles of water available at reception. The location is great as we had to make a night run to a local store to pick up some grocery items

Beds were comfy, they need to update their photos it honestly didn’t do it justice

The exterior is meh and breakfast is just okay, basically just little grab and go snacks and waffles

It’s well located, the room was clean.

A lot of noise from the outside. Our room smelled like the previous guest smoked cigarettes inside the room, even the bathroom smelled like tobacco. Breakfast could be better, maybe add eggs, fruits. The breakfast is all sugar. Bed wasn’t too comfortable (the mattress was too hard)

Inside the facility is much better than expected. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bathroom is well maintained with plenty of towers. It's a quiet place inside although right at a busy intersection.

Facility outside can have some uplift. This part of town may need some work from the township.

Got what I paid for. Location good for all my needs. Restaurants in walking distance. Wegmans across the street.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is not new, but well maintained. Close to most amazing trails and waterfalls.

The breakfast is very basic. No EV charger.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful breakfast was simple continental but fresh.

Room had a smell of smokiness but it seemed to go away with the air conditioner on

We had a great experience at Super 8 in Ithaca. The receptionist was wonderful, efficiently checking us in. The hotel had modern furniture, and the live flowers in the breakfast area and at the reception were a lovely touch.
