We were welcomed very kindly, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Then we were shown to our room (we had the Viola room), and everything was briefly explained to us. The room itself was very spacious, had everything we needed, and was also very clean. Check-out was also very easy, and it was possible to store our luggage. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend the apartments.

One thing that would have been helpful in the kitchen was a dish towel or a drying mat, so we could have washed a few items by hand instead of using the dishwasher for just two or three things. A small downside: we had two single beds, which were unfortunately very narrow (probably around 70 cm wide). Also, the mattresses and pillows were a bit firm, but we got used to them after a couple of nights. What was quite disturbing, however, was the poor sound insulation. We could hear people in the hallway as well as every step from the guests above us, which sometimes woke us up earlier than we would have liked.

Great location. Lovely staff. Very clean and spacious apartment. Quite and comfortable place We had everything we needed. It's the perfect place to stay if you have 1-2 days to see Florence, walking distance to Duomo and all main attractions. Check-out was very easy, and it's possible to store your luggage. There is close parking where you can leave your car. We recommend this place!

It was impossible to adjust the air conditioning and it was quite cold to sleep on the first level of the apartment, so we turned it off at nights. Only 2 coffee pods.

The staff were wonderful, especially Silvia who was our contact person the whole time. She ordered us a taxi for the day we were leaving and even caught my error on which day! She was very responsive to questions and needs. There was a welcome bottle of wine and water. There were a good amount of nice dishes, glasses, etc, for us to be able to have some simple meals and snacks at the apartment. It was nice to have an apartment so close to everything yet very quiet and secure.

We really liked everything. It would have been nice to have some soft sitting chairs or a small sofa. WE did get the studio apartment and I suppose they have some larger apartments, but even in a studio it would be nice to have a living room style chair. We mostly sat on the bed when we were there. There was a small table and 2 chairs for when we were eating, but no chairs to relax on.

Phenomenal location…5 minute walk to Duomo…very secure facility…only see staff when you arrive (Sophia was wonderful when checking in)…we left our luggage in small entry waiting room on our day of departure and felt very comfortable with its safety…very quiet even though on busy small street…GREAT A/C

Small rooms…very few outlets to charge our phones, iPads etc…if you are driving in VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE RESERVATIONS AT NEARBY PARKING GARAGES…both the Park2Go and Michaelangelo garages are within 100 meters of hotel entrance…expensive (40euros/day)but so worth it…get the Parclick app and make reservations a week ahead of arrival…

Very spacious, gorgeous apartment. Staff was helpful, very communicative, and friendly. Location can't be beat and is a couple minute walk to Duomo, but on a very quiet street. Beds were wonderfully comfortable.

It was an amazing experience! Very very close to Duomo Square! We loved our appartment (we stayed in rosso tiziano in 4th floor). Sylvia was very helpful and kind! The whole place is made with love! Everything was clean and small details well covered! We had the opportunity to leave our luggages when we checked out and return later to pick them up. And last and extremely important detail... our view from our bed was a part of Duomo 🙏❤️ Thank you Sylvia.... We will be back 🙏

The location of the Florence Art Apartments was great, only 5 mins to walk to the town square. Prior to arrival, the owner was available via Whatsapp and staff were available via Whatsapp during the stay. They had a nice arrival gift for us and they were flexible and friendly throughout the stay. The check-in/check-out process was easy with baggage storage.

Check-out was very early at 10am, especially considering the nightly rate. We had asked for and received a later check-out of 11am but the cleaning lady still showed up sharp at 10am so that was a bit annoying for us. As advertised and expected, the loft roof was low. My husband hit his head on the beam once or two.

Love all about this property ! Clean crispy bedding. Even toxic free detergent for guests convince. Great bathroom. Super nice host, she was so helpful and alway online to help with any tasks. Will be back definitely next time . There is an elevator what is huge plus. Thank you

We couldn’t use conditioner as with first turn on we smelled mold odor. Was not so hot and was okey with out it . Not the bad thing but need to change can trash in bathroom, it’s just time to give a life for new garbage 🗑 .

beautifully appointed apartment .. great location ..

the single beds are inadequate for adults .. considering that there is ample room for 2x of the next size up single bed , they would be alot more comfortable . esp for tall people. my husband is 6”2 and his legs were hanging off the end . I’m sure almost all yours guest would be adults so adult size single beds would be more appropriate also the ironing board was inadequate .. it’s very small and kept collapsing while trying to use it . there is a lot of wasted area in the laundry room where a bigger sized ironing board could be stored .the kitchen facilities were great though

The property was ideally located in between the Duomo and the Acadaemia, right in the heart of Florence. The staff were very accommodating and were able to offer an early check in. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with a small kitchen area with dishwasher and washing machine. The aircon worked very well and the room was extremely quiet (we faced into a small courtyard). We had a smaller room on the third floor and I’m sure that there are bigger rooms for increased prices to suit any budget. I would thoroughly recommend staying here and would do so again in a flash.
