Beautiful location with a fabulous view of the river. There was also tram stop right outside the accommodation which was handy. The apartment itself was the perfect size for 2 people. There was so much storage space too. The amenities in the kitchen were excellent. We had absolutely everything we needed including a kettle, toaster, over, microwave and washing machine/dryer. The bedroom had a massive wardrobe which held all our luggage plus clothes and other bits and pieces. Excellent value for money!

There really wasn't a lot I was unhappy with but I found the pillows provided to be quite uncomfortable to the point the gave me a headache. While the bed was comfy (and firm), it was a little bit on the smaller side but my husband and I were quite comfy. This is definitely no fault of the apartment but there was A LOT of construction going on near the accommodation which was really annoying when I left the doors and windows open. Thankfully we were out most days so it wasn't a big issue but something to be aware of.

Value for money for a one bedroom apartment near the CBD

Finding the keys in the lock box. Even with instructions and photos, I didn't realise I had to go through a gate and around a corner to find the lock box on a chain on the ground. I was looking for a lockbox on a wall near where the photos were taken. There are two letterboxes there and I though one of them may have been a lockbox. I've never used a lock box before so even opening it was a challenge.

Location is great. Southern Cross station was a 10 min walk away. Woolworths just across road. Tram stop right outside. Good little coffee shops around. The apartment was clean, with some wear & tear visible, but didn't affect the stay. View from the room is amazing. Pool & spa was a great addition. Would definitely recommend, & will definitely stay again.

Make sure you take your physical bank card. I have everything on my phone, so don't have a physical card, but it's needed for the damage deposit. Damage deposit is a little high at $1000.

Location was great. Tram stop right outside. It’s the end of the line. Cafe’s and Woolworths close by. Very quiet. Even though lots of students around. Communication from reception was good and helpful. Comfy 2 bed/2 bathroom. Clean showers. Washer/dryer, balcony, kitchenette facilities.

The carpets and rug in the lounge were and for the most part felt clean but had a number of bad marks (acknowledged by reception) which spoilt the apartment. Could do with being replaced to bring the apartment up to standard.

Apartment was clean although carpets in bedrooms were grotty and stained giving the feel of being not so clean. Location was in the free tram zone giving us easy access to the city and places we wanted to visit. A supermarket was close by to get in supplies for the weekend.

Location of the “office” for picking up the key was in front of the building but no road access. We hired a car and there was no easy access to the office, we had to illegally park and leave someone with the car while we picked up the key as parking close by was metered parking. This is not a hotel and no concierge or front desk to problem solve for example we couldn’t get the oven to work. Although an information sheet was provided there was no contact details to call for assistance.

Good location, good instructions for key collection after hours. View from room was good. Unit had not been cleaned property and sheets looked like they had just been remade after the last person that stayed there. Hosts were good when I told them about the cleanliness and helped us out. Overall a good place to stay when in Melbourne. Only a short free tram ride to the centre of Melbourne or sporting facilities.

Whoever is paid to clean the unit should do their job properly.

The big windows and balcony created a 24/7 atmosphere. The tram stop is 15m from the doorstep and the city loop tram is free. The apartment was spacious. There is a washer, dryer and a small dishwasher. The price is great and the location is great. Nice flooring and alot of pans to cook with.

The carpet was stained quite badly which made us need to take alot of photos prior to the stay so we don't get blamed for any of the stains. The shower goes hot and cold quite often and the shower grout was dirty and missing. The tv is not.a.smart tv so no YouTube, Netflix etc. the lounge is a 2 seater,.it.would be great to try fit a.bigger couch in the apartment for.the amount of people that likely stay in there. Regardless of the constructive criticism this stay was still well worth the value.

The location was exceptional, tram outside door, on the free travel line. Close to the mayor train station which gave access to all areas one could wish to visit. The rooms were a good size and very clean. We had an option for room cleaning, but as we were 5 ladies we were able to just clean and wash the towels as needed. The view was breathtaking with views over the river and out Port Phillip Bay. It was the best holiday ever

View overlooking river and ocean in distance. Kitchenette adequately supplied. Tram station directly opposite for convenience. Good value for money. Close to restaurants, woolworths and park. Would stay in room 1405N again. Suitable for a couple.

Given only one set of keys. I accidentally left keys in apartment and had gone down to ground floor to meet my husband who had gone shopping then realised I didn’t have our room key. You need the key to use lift to go to your floor. Had to wait half hour for someone to come to us and help as the office had closed for the day and only a message service available. Reception not part of orange stays.

The location is excellent. Really close to Marvel stadium - walking distance. Walking distance to Crown casino and tram ride to MCG. The view is pleasant. However new development under construction in front of the room will limit the view eventually. The room is a good size and has a balcony the lounge area is good but the lounge itself is a little uncomfortable. The dishwasher is a bonus and the kitchen is adequately equipped.
