The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, breakfast was wonderful and clearly prepared freshly, the room was spacious and comfortable too.

The only negative from my point of view was that the hotel was not fully open when we arrived and as a result not very rooms were occupied so it was a little quiet, but this did mean there was no queue for the breakfast, or lack of space at the pool.

The staff members at the reception area were great. They were friendly, resourceful, and courteous. It was fun to watch how they multi-tasked and were helpful in getting information across and assisting with the luggage.

For a facility of such high caliber, locking the plates and cutlery in the apartment was not helpful. The receptionist's excuse made it even more distasteful. While one could understand that guests would be responsible for broken hardware, what about cutlery? Are they broken or pilfered? Facilities with lower standards provide abundant plates for their guests, and this should be improved.

Very comfortable location with all the needed facilities nearby (shops, restaurants, pharmacy). Safety is on the high level. Friendly staff that are always available and happy to help. My safari tours were organised by hotel staff and I’m totally satisfied with quality and the price. Apartment is big and tidy, amazing view from the balcony.

Breakfast is not bad, but could be better for this price.

My stay was in October. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. It had everything you needed, including a washer, dryer. Wifi was excellent, especially as I needed to work. Used the gym and again staff there were also helpful. Location was good, not far from restaurants and shopping malls. It was also attached to a small mall where there was a supermarket (open 24 hours) to get groceries.

It’s super convenient, well equipped and managed. The access to the GTC mall makes life very easy. It’s nice to have the convenience of an hotel with the space of an apartment.

Need bigger mugs !! The tea cups are really small and not the greatest to sit out and enjoy a cup of Kenyan tea or coffee. Nothing I dislike about the property or the staff.

I didn't have a chance to have breakfast. I was busy working from the suite. I found the surrounding options very enjoyable. The suite was very modern, properly cleaned and the staff were very ready and helpful. The receptionist, the gym attendant, and the guards all very helpful. I have to also say I was worried about the WiFi wavering on my calls, and this did not happen (only very minor skips, but nothing unprofessional). Thank you!!! The team also allowed me to join in on another friend and offered a great upgrade. That is class act for supporting long-distance friendships. Maisha Mrefu!!!

There were some drawbacks: the sauna wasn't available when asked, the pool wasn't useable due to weather (obviously not the fault of the establishment, and get a little lost moving around the lot given the signage was kind of confusing. One thing I found frustrating that has nothing to do with PPSSN is that Nairobi restaurants are all closed by 10pm. I know this is post-pandemic, but finding food after that time is nearly impossible. For that reason, I found my stay difficult.

Convenient location, excellent amenities in the room, supermarket, and food court in the building. My request for a quiet room was accommodated. We partucarly liked the extra items provided: chopsticks, sugar, and green tea.

There was dust in the room (probably on curtains and carpet), which triggered my husband's allergy for dust. It would be great if the washing liquid/powder was already in the laundry room.

One of the safest places to live. Super comfortable. Everything is new. they have a small area for children play area. Plus a nice pool. In addition the gym and the pool table is great

Need to add another 2 or 3 pool tables as there was a lot of que for that. And more swings and slides need to be added in the kids play area but apart from this the rest of the hotel is great.

The living/kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are spacious and have washer and dryer. The hotel is connected to a small mall with food court and Carrefour 24h, which is very convenient. I almost forgot that I was in Africa!

However, the floor wasn't clean, so I felt the need to use slippers (which were provided). The AC leaked after use, but nothing we owned got wet.

The environment was very good and relaxing. Good views at the LB 6th floor Garden and swimming pool. Fantastic location. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Good bed and the respective amenities.

The breakfast was not good at all and lacked many options and it was too expensive for nothing. It is completely not value for money.
