I consider this place as a real treat for a stay in Genova. The district seems to be unique on the city map, and I am happy that there was a chance for me to discover it. I also do not think there would be such comfortable parking policy in other hotel or b&b anywhere near. The apartment itself is very clean, quite and comfortable. The design is nice and you can tell that someone has taken an extra mile to make it this way. You are free to cook something and use coffee machine, as there is small, but fully equipped kitchen available for you. The location seems also to be perfect, as you can leave the car in the yard and take long walks in every possible direction to know Genova better, as well as take public transportation, whatever you prefer - everything is close. Genova Brignole station is also just few minutes of a walk. Claudio is easily accessible via WhatsApp for any kind of questions and guidance. I highly reccomend his place for your stay!

Clean, modern, functional apartment. Free parking in your own spot in the large yard. Solid floors throughout. Peaceful - Situated on a quiet tree lined side street. Carrefour express right across the road. There’s a good laundromat ( speed queen genova ) 5 min walk. Downtown is ~20 min walk or you can walk ~8 min to metro stop. Metro is small but covers the interesting areas. €2 one way any station. Great value! The host is very helpful and offered good advice for Genova as well as day trips by rail further afield. All in all an enjoyable stay..

The location is excellent and free parking for the car is superb. The owner was very flexible and allowed me to leave the car parked inside up to 1500hrs, even though I had checked out at 1000hrs.

Maybe a micro-wave would be a bonus for clients to wish to warm up some food when arriving late in the evening.

Property itself is clean and modern. It is quiet and in a lovely part of Genoa that is also very convenient walking distance from the train station and from the old city Centre. Our host was welcoming and enthusiastic about the city. He gave us some good tips about what we should be doing to make the most of our time in Genoa.

During our stay, we encountered one minor inconvenience with the room we booked, as it did not feature a window. While this lack of fresh air could potentially affect the overall experience for some guests, we found that the air conditioning and the air exhaust system in the bathroom provided satisfactory ventilation and a comfortable atmosphere, especially during the hot summer weather.

If you want to fell like home in Genova you can book this place. The space has a nice architecture, simple but very efficient. As an architect, I enjoyed the place. The location is good and safe, a good deal for Genova.

There are three beds in the place, one bed for couples and two single beds. There were not so many options to cover ourselves during the night for the single beds, but I guess it is just a matter of asking for that during your booking. Besides that, everything was perfect.

Clean, great city location with parking right outside. Good facilities too.

Being English, we would have preferred a kettle rather than a coffee machine but we appreciated the Twinings tea bags (water boiled in a saucepan). I would suggest adding a shelf in the shower and on the window side of the bed.

I only wish we had stayed longer! The host was exceptional, extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was beautiful and clean and the place is in a great location. If you are considering this hotel, book it!
